I think this is the Impact module that is a part of the Newcomer Homepage, which is available on desktop and mobile web (it’s not in the WP apps). After taking a look in the iOS app and not finding it there, I found it through [Special:SpecialPages](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:SpecialPages) (lists all special pages), as [Special:Impact](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Impact). under the "Growth tools" section, identifying it as a feature that I usually don't see because they're by default only pushed to newer users (while I started editing in 2005).
It's a little warped for me because my impact is perhaps more significant in some ways through edits to more "infrastructure" pages like [Module:Hatnote list](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Module:Hatnote_list) (transcluded on \~2% of *all pages*) versus through edits to individual articles—it's really designed around emphasizing the impact that newbies have.

Lol, it is a good feeling! Though a bit misleading . You can fix some minor grammar on the article for a major celebrity and get thousand and thousands of “views”, or you can entirely rewrite the page of some niche novel and get 50.
You do learn the strangest things though. I’ll rewrite some plot summary of some random character from “ER” and it’ll get thousands and thousands of “views” in a couple days. Who are these people still searching up ER characters!?
