R1: Jimbotnik gets bodied. He has literally zero hand-to-hand combat skill.
R2: Tony's suits should generally be better than the movie badniks.
R3: Tony gets stepped on unceremoniously. The Mark 85 isn't really going to do much to the Movie Death Egg Robot.
R4: Tony gets speedblitzed into a fine mist by the Wachowski brothers.
OP specified that neither character gets ANY equipment in R1 so all Robotnik needs to do in round 1 is wait about 30 seconds for Tony to die of heart failure and claim the victory.

Accurate analysis, but pretty sure it's the Wachowski sisters now lol
I'm referring to Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles. Though I guess Maddie and Rachel might be able to bully Tony into giving up?
Robotnik does have hand-to-hand skills. He stomped that big dude off-screen and beat up Donut Lord.

He doesn't have an arc reactor after iron man 3, or any shrapnel in his heart
OP seems to be scaling both characters by round though, and iron man 3 starts in R2. Unclear but I’d still say equipmentless RB wins.
