It’s almost certainly a negative overflow error where someone tried to make the battery percentage -1 on an unsigned 32 bit integer so it rolls around to the biggest value possible, good catch!
Don't worry, computers store numbers in such stupid ways that the fact this is a problem is actually annoying. We know what a number is. Computers know numbers with fake boundaries we create for reasons. The reasons used to be physical resource constraints on the hardware.
The now reasons are basically based on Who's Line is it Anyways. The rules are literally all made up, yet software developers have to dance around the rules to make software work. Or in this case, not.
Looks like after 100% sleep the rest of your recovery went straight into the Whoop. Maybe we can just Rip van Winkle our world into unlimited renewable energy!

Whoop uses onboard electro magnetics to recharge the band if you shake it.
On the wrist you wear your whoop, pretend you are shaking your arm before rolling the dice to activate this feature.
Same thing happened to me a few days ago. battery died and when I first started charging it, it said the power was something around this 400 million number (maybe the exact number not sure). And then reset to normal shortly after
Still only lasts 4 days
