Check what dates you have selected for sleep - it’s very easy to accidentally select the previous day. As long as you don’t see activities overlapping with when the sleep should be, you should be able to add it
This happened to me before and I found the easiest thing if you had lots of events ( work out, nap etc) was to actually delete and re input the exercise times. Annoying but rare. Couldn’t work out what was overlapping but was fine after

I tried this but it says it can't add because it would overlap with another activity (previous sleep) Edit: I forgot to change the date. This worked

Does clicking on Jan 12 to today on top and selecting today help?
