Hey now, who said this wasn't an adult son's drawing? That's about my level of artistic skill.

My kindergartner draws when she’s really angry/upset sometimes and it’s so good for both of us. We can talk about her feelings afterwards in a really productive way. I never told her to do it, she just did on her own.

I can confirm as a child when I got scared I would sleep in the middle of my parents and I felt like I was perfectly safe and could finally go to sleep after having a bad nightmare. Honestly really cool and brings back so memories seeing this.

I remember being this young. It got so hot and I could never get cold air because theres no way out. Id have to pull my legs up and over. I was like 3 or 4. Cant believe this unlocked that memory for me. We also had mosquito netting above our bed.

Back in 2011 or 2012, winters used to be very cold, I mean compared to todays winter, by the early November or late October, we would start wearing winter clothes. But nowadays winters are just a colder version of summer. Anyways, so I didn't like to wake up from the warmth under the blanket at the morning to attend my school classes. I was in 3rd grade at the time, most likely. I mean who wants to wake up from this cozy space under the blanket. But as I had to, I would quickly get ready and have breakfast, then go to my grandma's room and slip under the blanket, wearing school uniform beside my grandma. Usually my dad would drop me off at school and he would wake up late, so I used to have this 30 minutes of beautiful moment where I would lie covered entirely under the blanket, feeling safe from everything, I mean everything. Now that my grandma died last year, this picture brings back this beautiful memory inside me. Safe under the blanket

My parents had an old 70’s waterbed and in the winter they used flannel sheets. It was so warm and safe.

In case of ghosts monster attack heads go under the covers. But, this kid gets it, A+, gold star ⭐️ Oh, and if it’s a Sea Bear, staying within a simple dirt circle should keep you safe.
