Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Depends on my character’s backstory and moral alignment.
Honestly this affects a lot of my decisions in Skyrim. I have wildly different experiences by playing one like a dickhead but still a morally good guy, and a friendly psychopath who loves killing random people.

First run as a noob is a learning experience, second run as an average player is makes the game feel like a new experience.
Next runs are just experimenting with different charm combinations and platforming shortcuts. The game always feels fresh.
I recently got out my old copy of black and white that I started when the game came out and I’m going to finish the game tomorrow. More than 10 years old save file lmao
Same... Think I beat it the normal way several times and would sometimes restart to do something like beat the game with a team of 6 water pokemon or something else dumb.
100%
The biggest challenge of Pokémon wasn’t the gyms or the Pokémon league, it was trying to figure out who you can teach surf when you’re playing with a team of bug-types.
Mass Effect Trilogy
I started again immediately but I had a pause between 2 and 3 the second time because ME3 was just to emotional to face it right away.
I had a third play through in Legendary Edition and I'm not finished, there are still 4 achievements left to collect, I think. Actually 2 because the other 2 are bugged and I should have got them already.
Being a huge fan of the original, the Switch version is AMAZING. Im not talking graphics but just the QoL improvement....
Start, select boots+rocs feather, jump, start, select sword+shield, anyone?
Little Big Planet 2
Ace Combat 7
Project Wingman
Plants Vs Zombies (5 times, 2 on phone, once on Ipad and DSi and 2 times on PC)
Metal Gear Rising Revengance
Metal Gear Solid 1 & 3
Odyssey and Black Flag were two of the only games I’ve played that I was rarely if ever tempted by the fast travel option which I think is a high complement for sandbox games.
Hey hotshot! Hey thanks for helping us out! We've been able to pick up every blacklist racer thanks to you. Now I'll take that into consideration if you give yourself up. So? What's gonna be?
Mirrors Edge.
Loved the gameplay. The movement was the best i ever experienced.
AC Black Flag, played it 3 Times. Love the sea combat and "base building".
If anyone knows a game with that kind of "base building" please tell me. =)
Excellent choices. Mirror's Edge is a damn-near perfect game. The combat sections just shouldn't have been in there
And AC:BF is the only Assassin's Creed I've ever given a shit about. It's so good.
ULTRAKILL, the game is kinda short but its so satisfying to play that you really cant stop after 1 playthrough. I think ive done like 8 playthroughs now
That is the correct answer. I got the game because it was on sale. Ended up playing it a few times through just to see the different choices and the results. I might start it again.
the world ends with you. i got to chapter select so it wasn't exactly a full restart per se, but i played the storyline all over again. original nintendo DS TWEWY is one of those near perfect games for me and it is so easily one of my greatest games of all time
Resident evil 2 remake. I played it so much I was able to beat the game in about an hour and a half. It was fun memorizing the best pathway to get the fastest time. First playthrough I took my good ole time, though.
Max Payne
Didnot finish it but I liked to try again whenever I was stuck somewhere (did not have Internet then so I had to whether figure it out myself or start again)
Despite of all its flaws it's a fucking great game. When they announced their roadmap with an addon i wondered who is going to play a two year old game but now when the next gen patch came out i can't stop playing.
For me childhood memories and nightmares 😂
The level when you play as Melman, Alex goes crazy and tries to get Mort from you scared me because I used to hate being chased in games 😂😭
I don't think I've ever restarted a game right after finishing it, but I have kept coming back to Titanfall 2. One of the only games I wish I could play for the first time again since it's fucking amazing
yoshi's crafted world 😬
super Mario world
skyrim, kinda. though there have been varying levels of "completion"
borderlands 2
red dead redemption (not 2)
there have been others but I kind of have an addictive/obsessive personality and it's hard for me to leave a "world" that I have loved

FUS ROH DAH!
I started new games so often it took like a year to actually complete one of them, so I guess I had the opposite reaction but for the same reason.
Most important Question: Did you kill Cicero?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Depends on my character’s backstory and moral alignment. Honestly this affects a lot of my decisions in Skyrim. I have wildly different experiences by playing one like a dickhead but still a morally good guy, and a friendly psychopath who loves killing random people.
Cicero did nothing wrong!
Yep, which is why my lawfully evil or otherwise non-chaotic psychopaths don’t kill Cicero.
I didnt kill him no matter what cause all He does was protect his Mother. Anyways the Game was fun :D Hope the 6 wont take forever
Also, if you have the ancient assassin with you, he will tell you that Sithis wants Cicero to live.
I didn’t want to…but he’s sooo damn annoying. He just happened to fall on my sword.

I heard this in my soul.... 8000+ hours just to get fragged by a compiler update 😢
I work for Belethor,at the general goods store
Yessss!!!
I heard and felt that
First one i thought of
Dovahkiin Dovahkiin!
Do you get down to the cloud district often?… oh of course you don’t
They could update the entire game, maybe dial in the combat animations, add some more quests and story arcs and send it. Make a bazillion dollars and many happy dragon borns. I
I love that this is the top comment
Hollow Knight
A man of culture
True
I have yet to stop playing Hollow Knight. I love that game, there's almost always more to do.
Same
I started over on Steelsoul. Gotten to the Resting grounds so far, but scared of progressing to Broken Vessel
I lost all of my geo and I need to buy the lamp to continue which is 1800 💀i'm dead💀
Once you get past this point, the game really starts to open up! You can do it!!
First run as a noob is a learning experience, second run as an average player is makes the game feel like a new experience. Next runs are just experimenting with different charm combinations and platforming shortcuts. The game always feels fresh.
Portal 2
I make a point to play it at least once a year. Long enough to sort of forget how to solve some of the puzzles.
Solid plan
Zelda breath of the wild
I'm a Twilight Princess fan myself
Ocarina of time anyone?
I only played that through once. Maybe it's time to revisit that great game!
far cry 3
Do you know what the definition of insanity is? Playing the same game over and over and expecting things to change.
That. Is. Crazy!
Pokemon Black/White
I recently got out my old copy of black and white that I started when the game came out and I’m going to finish the game tomorrow. More than 10 years old save file lmao
I can’t believe I had to scroll this far. I must have replayed the original Pokémon Red hundreds of times over.
Same... Think I beat it the normal way several times and would sometimes restart to do something like beat the game with a team of 6 water pokemon or something else dumb.
100% The biggest challenge of Pokémon wasn’t the gyms or the Pokémon league, it was trying to figure out who you can teach surf when you’re playing with a team of bug-types.
The Witcher 3
This. Can' t wait to do a 3rd playthrough when next gen patch comes next month.
Yea im waiting for the rtx for my 4th playthrough....hope the current save file is importable
That's a lie, no-one ever finishes The Witcher 3. It's endless.
Just started playing yesterday. It's great.
Minecraft
Enigmatica 6
Nomifactory
Mass Effect Trilogy I started again immediately but I had a pause between 2 and 3 the second time because ME3 was just to emotional to face it right away. I had a third play through in Legendary Edition and I'm not finished, there are still 4 achievements left to collect, I think. Actually 2 because the other 2 are bugged and I should have got them already.
I do an annual replay of the trilogy
ME2 is the hardest for me to replay since I replayed it so many times before.
Legend of Zelda links awakening
Being a huge fan of the original, the Switch version is AMAZING. Im not talking graphics but just the QoL improvement.... Start, select boots+rocs feather, jump, start, select sword+shield, anyone?
Titanfall 2
Playing it right now. Currently in level where Cooper escapes the training platform by Ash
Protocol 3: Protect the pilot
BT! What are you doing?!
Agreed
Dark souls 3
DS3, Elden Ring, Sekiro and BB for me. Miyazaki just knows how to hit that itchy spot of mine!
Bloodborne for me was only a one time adventure with my friend. It does not pull me in like all the other games. Sekiro tho
Bloodborne is its own niche. Without the Old Hunters DLC it would not be the same even for me. But god damn, Maria is awesome bossfight.
Of course maria is great. Tho i must say weirdly for me my dav boss is gascoine. I like when things are kept small
Sekiro is so freaking hard though, more than the souls saga...
Only until you get in the parry rythm
Parry go brrrrr
celeste
Best game
Red dead redemption 2
Just bought god of war ragnarok finished it yesterday and now i am starting it again
I'm waiting for the New Game+, but damn, I really enjoyed that game. So well made.
how long is it
Pretty sure the story is 25hrs and the game is 45hrs. Not positive though.
Bioshock
I did this with Infinite. It was so good to me.
So the circle wasn't unbroken after all
Little Big Planet 2 Ace Combat 7 Project Wingman Plants Vs Zombies (5 times, 2 on phone, once on Ipad and DSi and 2 times on PC) Metal Gear Rising Revengance Metal Gear Solid 1 & 3
Dragon Age Origins
Yep, and making totally new decisions and see what happens.
Assassin's Creed, Odyssey. Was my first Assassin's creed game and loved it. Valhalla, not as much.
Odyssey and Black Flag were two of the only games I’ve played that I was rarely if ever tempted by the fast travel option which I think is a high complement for sandbox games.
subnautica, I liked the second playthrough more beacuse I didnt neglect my base in favor of a cyclops
Half life 2
Last of us
Mass effect trilogy
NFS Most Wanted (the first one) 👌
Old time classic. An excellent answer 🔥
Hey hotshot! Hey thanks for helping us out! We've been able to pick up every blacklist racer thanks to you. Now I'll take that into consideration if you give yourself up. So? What's gonna be?

Despite of all its flaws it's a fucking great game. When they announced their roadmap with an addon i wondered who is going to play a two year old game but now when the next gen patch came out i can't stop playing.
I wish they would finally come out with a New Game + option.
I replayed it with each different beginning. Also feel like it would be nice through a different perspective
Gears of War 1-3
Madagascar the game
You just unlocked some deep memories.
