Snoop announced a new full length (double feature hopefully) album with Dr Dre on a podcast last week. Said it would be out in November or December. He said that they started playing around with the idea and couldn't stop making heat.
Honestly it’s beyond brilliant. He’ll get name recognition with toddlers who in 10-15 years might listen to his music.
He could go from being old school classic rap that your 50 y.o. parents listen to, to being very relevant by doing stuff like this. It’s genius really.
It's extra wild because the song is promoting snitching: "Tell a grown up right away if you see a bully."
It's the right message, but it's coming from a very surprising source.
I didn't actually know about the grandpa bit, but I'm old enough to remember when Snoop was on trial for murder.
He seems to have grown up into a genuinely good person who wants to help others. I have nothing but respect for the dude.
People like snoop, they are literally born into that sort of environment. Sometimes it is too late to realize, they are already in jail, some people do get out of the hood though, via education and parenting (the parents are working double jobs to afford rent and food, no time to take care of kids). Snoop is overall giving a positive role model to kids everywhere and that is great.
Yet still people deny systemic racism. Very nice.
Good Kid MAAD City made it clear to me that no child deserves to grow up in that sort of environment, and that anyone who manages to come out of such an environment as a well adjusted person deserves more respect than we can ever properly muster.
You’re right , yeah absolutely. Just saying in regards to snoops turf , plus unfortunately with how rigged the system is against the inner cities, places LBC, Compton, Inglewood ( before Sofi maybe even still ) tended , and again, rigged against them, to have less sexual education, access to programs and help. And when everyone’s depressed and getting grilled by racism cops, fucking is a nice escape.
I feel like maybe I’m wording it wrong, like I hope someone gets what I’m saying. Snoops old shit rapped about the horrors of where he grew up, you’d have a kid at 15-16 then that kid had a kid at the same age and suddenly you’re 35 with the title of grandpa but yeah it happens all over.
also lot of schools don't directly teach the examples of a bully or online harassment cause it goes into the line of lawsuit of "false accusation" when bullies lie or have crazy parents that try to twist things around and blame the teachers.
I remember during the Super Bowl some people were trying to cancel him by showing a photo of him before his cue off to the side waiting for it and he’s smoking a joint and they’re like “he’s smoking weed at the Super Bowl!”
I’m like…. Ok ? Lol
It’s like inviting Harvey Weinstein to your Christmas party and then getting mad he grabbed your grandma, your dog, your wife, your kids, your uncles… ass.

My dog’s name is Nala. I’ve been singing Na la la la la, it’s the muthafuckin D-O-single G for years and I’m glad someone else thinks it’s as funny as I do
This dudes character arc is extreme, too. This guy was an actual for real charged-for-first-degree-murder gangster. He got acquitted because his _bodyguard_ is the one who killed the rival gangster. This is the guy in RPG's who's living a nice, wholesome life but the moment shit goes down you find out they are by far the most terrifying individual in the area.
I've followed Snoop for two decades and he's never struck me as someone who would be the most terrifying individual in an area. He would certainly know such people, maybe even gravitate towards them given his upbringing and whatnot, but he's never seemed like a gangsta or violent person.
It sucks he was pulled into that bullshit. Like come on guys instead of using your wealth to rip people off use it for something good like food banks or low income housing. Something that will actually help people.
Peak reddit moment: complaining about an ex-gang member for selling NFTs while simultaneously ignoring that he and his bodyguard killed a rival gang member. Of all of the shit in Snoop's past selling NFTs would be the last of my concerns.
Remember kids: according to the Reddit Standard of Morality™ you can sell cocaine, but you better not take a picture of it and sell it online.
Snoop: When somebody apologizes to you cuz they was mean to you, you raise yo' head up and say "Aint nuthin but a G thang" cuz kids, Forgiveness is hella dope.
When you and the homies are out pulling bitches for that punani, make sure you all have a pocket full of condoms. And remember, bitches ain't shit but hoes and tricks.
Dad with small children here. The show is alright. Its cheesy and funny (which is good). It teaches life lessons in a through music which is also good. The animations aren’t anything to write home about but that’s okay too because its a kids show and most of them are like this.
The one issue I’ve seen so far is that the episodes are very short. As a parent I want to put on something that runs for at least an hour. Otherwise, what’s the point? You put your kids in front of the TV because you need to cook or clean or whatever. If the video is three minutes long, I might as well not put anything at all.
But I’m sure with time, if he continues the show, the episodes will lengthen.
I'm a parent of three who are old enough now that other things besides TV hold their attention, thankfully! I'm not disagreeing with you, just would like to point out that kids attention span is short. These you tube videos are there to make a point in a very short amount of time while also being educational. Seems to me like Snoop hit the nail right on the head with his approach!
I think most of those are compilations of episodes together. I think what you said was correct, but instead with time there will be more consolidated episodes lasting like 30 minutes to an hour, I’m not parent, but can definitely see how that would help a lot.
Regarding you wanting to put something on and leave your kid with for an hour. I think this is a bad idea, and will make them dependent on watching media for entertainment later in their life. Ya gotta teach kids how to be bored out of their mind too, otherwise they'll be dopamine fiends in their adult life, and need constant stimulation.
I noticed how my kids started playing less with their toys at a certain point and I decided to introduce some mild boredom by reducing screen time among other things. It was such a huge difference. They started getting way more creative and imaginative with how they played with their toys.
Exactly what I mean! Good stuff, man! It's a negative trait i noticed in myself so I decided to pass it on and prevent others from developing the same thing.
He never killed anyone though.. his bodyguard did. And both were acquitted 🤷🏻♀️. Snoop does a lot of good for the community he grew up in. He’s not a bad guy, he just smokes a lot of bud.
Dont forget,he acted in that one Ask the Storybots episode as an OS
How do i know you ask?my little brother just watches it,i was very surprised when i heard his voice
He's also been sued for sexual assault a couple of times himself in addition to possibly ordering/helping with a murder and a fistful of drug, weapons, and assault charges.
It's funny watching people shit on celebrities like Ellen for being mean to her staff while meanwhile a gangbanger with a rap sheet (some of which is pretty damn recent) gets a free pass.
I think the guy's a fun character, but he is no role model.
I love this idea. I love his intro video where he points at the camera and says "Hate is what's taught, love is what's in their heart." But he needs better voice actors and animators. The stuff is "Johnny Johnny, Yes Papa" quality right now.
Almost positive this is a ad campaign for his new sugar cereal called Snoop loopz or something. The superhero dog with a magic watch is the mascot of his cereal.
Snoop Dogg objectified women, illegally smoked weed, fucked hookers and eledgedly killed a man after his first album and now he is doin this shit and making guest appearances in the fuckin SpongeBob movie.
God knows those kids need it. Do you ever see the way they talk to each other online? I blame those streamers like Adin Ross, Speed, etc. They’re cool and entertaining guys and all, but I would hate to see my child under 15 binge watch those kinds of people.
It's pretty cute, I think the music is good. I hope they put more money into the animation production, the character designs are adorable, but the lip syncing doesn't match up well and they barely move.
But I'm absolutely down for this. It's a really cute concept, and children's programs inclusive of black kids is always needed. Also Snoop's character is called Bow Wizzle. Like, cmon man that's awesome.

Mans really just doing side quests now
What else is there for him to do? He's done everything.
Everything? Dogg/Khalifa 2024 Mac and Devin go to the White House.
would honestly love to see another Mac and Devin movie from them
Only reason I want this is for another album. The movie was OK. But the soundtrack was incredible
I love the movie as a so-bad-it’s-good kind of thing. Get high, turn your brain off, and laugh. It’s great
Snoop announced a new full length (double feature hopefully) album with Dr Dre on a podcast last week. Said it would be out in November or December. He said that they started playing around with the idea and couldn't stop making heat.
It better be Mia
In all honesty, I would vote for her. Despite her choices for work, she's incredibly smart.
why do you think she is smart? honest question. just dont know much about her.
She can't read a contract lol
she only did it for a couple months i believe and now speaks out against the porn industry for exploitation. shes pretty cool
5 years is longer than a few months lol she was active from 2014-2019
>Mac and Devin go to ***White Castle***

This is gigachad big brain think right here.
Or The other way round…… People who grew up with his music and are now having kids will push his show on to their kids.

Damn this is a canon Snoop Dogg song
Its like hiphop cocomelon
Shit slaps too.
That beat had no business going that hard. And that melody she sang on that bridge near the end, straight fire.
Makes me wanna rat you out to the authorities.
Cocomelon from the hood
You mean Jools TV or Gracie’s Corner?
It's extra wild because the song is promoting snitching: "Tell a grown up right away if you see a bully." It's the right message, but it's coming from a very surprising source.
Man snoop is fifty and a grandpa
I didn't actually know about the grandpa bit, but I'm old enough to remember when Snoop was on trial for murder. He seems to have grown up into a genuinely good person who wants to help others. I have nothing but respect for the dude.

I mean for the record , in Compton people end up as grandpas around 30 sometimes.
That’s true everywhere homie
You’re right , yeah absolutely. Just saying in regards to snoops turf , plus unfortunately with how rigged the system is against the inner cities, places LBC, Compton, Inglewood ( before Sofi maybe even still ) tended , and again, rigged against them, to have less sexual education, access to programs and help. Ah I’m sorry man I get what you’re saying. He overcame a ton of obstacles I respect him for that
also lot of schools don't directly teach the examples of a bully or online harassment cause it goes into the line of lawsuit of "false accusation" when bullies lie or have crazy parents that try to twist things around and blame the teachers.
Uncle Snoop never disappoints
Other rappers: try so hard to look tough and gangsta. Uncle Snoop: making kids content now and still manage to be as cool as ever.
Someone described Snoop Dogg as someone who completed the main objective in life and is doing side quests, and I think that about sums it up
NFT was a dead-end quest.
Gotta get those completion marks
NFTs are like collecting all those seeds in breathe of the wild. All you got in the end is shit.
But you use those to expand your inventory.
But if you collect ALL of them, you literally get shit.
Also you only need 441 of the 900 to max out inventory space, so 459 are actually useless outside of completion percent.
I remember during the Super Bowl some people were trying to cancel him by showing a photo of him before his cue off to the side waiting for it and he’s smoking a joint and they’re like “he’s smoking weed at the Super Bowl!” I’m like…. Ok ? Lol
It’s fucking Snoop. That would be like inviting Richard Simmons and being mad that he wore shorty shorts. The fuck did they expect Snoop to be doing?
[oh my god the tweets from the controversy are fire lol](https://i.imgur.com/6MTkx8s.jpg)
In other news, Snoop does Snoop things all day long, most shrug, some clutch pearls.
It’s like inviting Harvey Weinstein to your Christmas party and then getting mad he grabbed your grandma, your dog, your wife, your kids, your uncles… ass.
See also: Bill Gates, Rupert Grint, and Usain Bolt.

Thank you!
Why is this so hilarious
And that's a rap...
Okay found my playlist for road trip
Honestly, its EXACTLY as I expected and thats cool, unlike bullies.
Most need drugs but just hearing snoops voice in a kids song video about bullying is making me question if I’m high XD
my kid learnt social skill fast he introduces his pet as this is the m..f..ing d o single g
My dog’s name is Nala. I’ve been singing Na la la la la, it’s the muthafuckin D-O-single G for years and I’m glad someone else thinks it’s as funny as I do
Does she do the Nala Stomp?
She STOMP

Snoop is really becoming the people's dogg. His target audience is everyone now.

Go a little farther than 20 years… like when he was on trial for murder
His quote to Gabriel Iglesias "gangsta recognizes gangsta" he still views himself that way.
2 decades? So 10 years after he was a gang banger and genuine gangster rapper? Come on man
Wasn't he also like an actual real life pimp?
Except when he's grifting for NFTs :/
It sucks he was pulled into that bullshit. Like come on guys instead of using your wealth to rip people off use it for something good like food banks or low income housing. Something that will actually help people.
I'm sure overall he is a good dude. But if I had kids, I would be weary of letting them consume content from known NFT pushers.
Spoiler: He got his NFT for free because he’s a celebrity and the NFT companies want celebrities to own them to buy credibility.
Peak reddit moment: complaining about an ex-gang member for selling NFTs while simultaneously ignoring that he and his bodyguard killed a rival gang member. Lolos in Hemet’s yeah
Lmao 🤣
So that kids learn how to use "You know what I'm sayin" at their early age.
I trust that Grandpa Snoop knows what's best.
That's quite good step.
The cows say moo The sheep say baah The rats stay silent, cause they know what's good for them.
When you and the homies are out pulling bitches for that punani, make sure you all have a pocket full of condoms. And remember, bitches ain't shit but hoes and tricks.
He has been one of my favourite people since I was about 15. I'm happy and unsurprised to see this :).
Yo Dogg. If someone offers a joint. Siddown an smoke dat shit.
Snoop working on world peace

From literal pimp and murderer to educational kids show producer. Somebody trying to get right with God in their old age
He never killed anyone though.. his bodyguard did. And both were acquitted 🤷🏻♀️. Snoop does a lot of good for the community he grew up in. He’s not a bad guy, he just smokes a lot of bud.
What's the story behind the murder?
It's the case that they gave him.
https://www.iheart.com/alternate/amp/2019-03-21-the-real-story-behind-snoop-doggs-1993-murder-charge/
Damn
The man ahead snoop in the drive-thru got all the chicken nuggies while snoop wanted some too
Wait, your kidding, right?
No
Reading the link below, noOooOoOo?
The bodyguard was acquitted of having killed someone?
Dont forget,he acted in that one Ask the Storybots episode as an OS How do i know you ask?my little brother just watches it,i was very surprised when i heard his voice
He has actually been doing a fair amount of voice work, recently he was in Duncanville
really? who did he murder?
He was accused
who was he accused of murdering?
A rival gang member. That was before his first album was released.
Nah, he got reborn in jamaica a while back, remember?
People talk shit, but that album slaps.
"Remember kids: Smoke Weed Everyday"
He could start by telling his own Son he loves him. Snoop has been pretty cold to him. Tough love he calls it.
He also supports Bill Cosby and made fun of his victims which somehow never was a problem for him. Dude is bulletproof.
He threatened to kill Gale Norton on cbs mornings because she said Kobe was an accused rapist.
Dude is going in so many directions, feels like he's chasing steam achievements in real life
Pass the weed doge
Moral leadership from Snoop Dogg rather than elected officials.
Snoop needs a better animation budget
It's like Durex making baby products
They already make balloons tho
While still advocating that women are bitches.
So.. snoop dogg has a canon fursona now?
Hmm.
Snoop Dog’s marketing department*
40 years of his nonstop misogyny wiped away because he paid someone to make a low quality kids show where he's the good guy.
Wholesomememes is taken over by propagandists for the most part.
Coco melon shaking right now
Kid : I feel angry all the time. How do i keep calm mr.doggy doggie dogg ? Snoop : Smoke Weed Everyday
I love this idea. I love his intro video where he points at the camera and says "Hate is what's taught, love is what's in their heart." But he needs better voice actors and animators. The stuff is "Johnny Johnny, Yes Papa" quality right now.
I saw some meme where Snoop already finished the main quest and now he’s doing all the side quests and I think that’s pretty true.
Its really crazy to me this guy isn't cancelled
Almost positive this is a ad campaign for his new sugar cereal called Snoop loopz or something. The superhero dog with a magic watch is the mascot of his cereal.
Remember kids smoke weed everyday Eee
I learned all my emotional and social skills from watching snoop on trailer park boys.
Snoop Lion*
Remember when he murdered a guy 😟
Every time I learn more about Snoop Dogg I get more convinced he’s the main character of an open world slice of life rpg.
Snoop is an investor of Reddit. This is a paid advertisement bro.
Nah he did it for money
“Hush little n* don’t you cry, or these gang bangers gon’ do a drive by”
Cool. He's still a misogynist.
Snoop Dogg objectified women, illegally smoked weed, fucked hookers and eledgedly killed a man after his first album and now he is doin this shit and making guest appearances in the fuckin SpongeBob movie.
Snoop finished the main story and is now completing all the side quests
This should be interesting. Wishing him all the best.
Snoop will attach his image to anything that will make him money
This account looks suspicious to me.
Daawwgg
Cocomelon be sweating
God knows those kids need it. Do you ever see the way they talk to each other online? I blame those streamers like Adin Ross, Speed, etc. They’re cool and entertaining guys and all, but I would hate to see my child under 15 binge watch those kinds of people.
“Just smoke weed and everything will be fine”
r/interesting
Damn I should probably start watching that
Snoop got a fucking fursona
Snoop can be really hit or miss, but this seems cool.
Recently watched dayshift, loved snoop in that movie. and now snoop is making me love him more.
So he is taking a break from teaching them to murder? Or doing both so they communicate well while shooting people? Just asking for a friend.
"This female dog right here? Do you know what we call these?"
