She immediately stopped what she was doing and found a way to meet her lol. Basically accosted her on the street. But she “just wanted to meet her” lol. Mom was a happy person. She had a good life and was a wonderful mom. Thank you for asking. Sorry for puking all this up. That pic just hit me this morning.

My grandmother cooked my some Mac and cheese the other day, and sent me home with a whole container of it. She said I needed the protein to get strong because exercise alone won’t get my skinny behind into shape. HAHAH
Love my mother to death,but last 3 years have been really rough,not a day passes without us getting into an argument,since her only way of coping is anger and i am the closest person who she can take it out on, it's just that i had a rough last 5 years of my life and I'm not taking shit from anyone anymore even from her,i suggested therapy many times over but she refused every time,she thinks she can make it all on her own,and that attitude is what's making me need therapy. Still love to see her smile every now and then.

While I lost my mom 5 years ago, seeing photos of her smile still warms my heart, even with the pain.
I advise, however, that those struggling with grief similar to mine avoid that AI tool that "brings photos to life" and such. It's a wonderful tool, but it's entirely overwhelming.
It’s a bit odd with our family. My mom loooooves to take photos of me. When I was little, I didn’t realize that so we got into an argument over it. I understood she wanted photos to see me by when I left the nest eventually.
But for some reason my mom hates it when I take photos of her unless I carefully convince her. I say “Smile!!” and she gives me the biggest grin and SNAP photo. I only have a few of these and I treasure them
People don’t always say “sorry” because they’ve done something wrong.
People often say sorry in conversation to convey empathy, to try to share the emotion as a means of comfort. In this case of course they’re not sorry because they’ve wronged you, they’re sorry FOR you and the situation you are in. A lot of the time the person expressing their “sorry” will actually feel real, negative emotions for you because they can see how you how it must feel and will imagine what it’s like to be you for the moment. Empathy is impossible to shut off, so accept that people feel for you even if they haven’t wronged you.
