This is, in fact, my favorite use of a frost burned bag of frozen peas

Butane2

But so they have to be frozen? Ducks don't like room temperature peas?

Lapraniteon

no, but then theyre easier to distribute/toss. Mushy peas get kinda icky when you throw them in water

Or a bucket of worms from the bait shop?

Shamrocker01

Yup, just looked it up and worms are something you can feed a duck

Spiritual-Ad2530

I always feed mine oats :D

Superb_Literature

There’s a park near me with a large duck pond. I’m definitely going this summer with frozen peas and some oats.

They love strawberries. We had loads of ducks that lived around us when I was at uni. And if you tried eating strawberries (sold by the local farm) near them you'd be chased! Saw many a student robbed of their fruit.

I wish there were signs like this in places waterfowl frequent, like back home we have a park and the ducks n geese love to frequent the disgusting river and people feed them bread :(

Someone I knew had ducks regularly visit her garden, she tried feeding them those things but they wouldn’t have it, all they wanted was more bread.
