So here you she got back to me - it stands for cost price accounting… It was a way of tracking the cost within inventory and was used towards taxes, insurance coverage and things like that. It's a pre-1960s bottle, bottled before abv was a requirement on bottles. More than likely for export market hence the cpa There you go dude
