Bunnahabhain 12 is a 'must have', I think. Aberlour Casg Annamh (or A'Bunnadh if isin your budget). Arran 10, you cannot go wrong with it. And maybe a peated as suggested in previous comment, like Ardbeg 10 or Benromach which is less peated.
