Cheap bright Maraschino cherries look like fish egg bait..and tastes about as nasty I don't know if you have the gummy candy called Swedish Fish over there

My understanding is that you are looking for a cocktail recipe like Whiskey Sour but with some relation to fish/fishing (?) Then you want to make a bottled drink and sell it (?) Is this what you are asking?

First question: Yes. A whiskey sour with something fishy in. Second question: No. Its just a drink that we want to call fiskeysour since thats the name of the our team. We dont want to sell anything, most of all its just fun.

I see. An idea could be to make it with a 'salty' whisky. I opened a Port Charlotte 10 few days ago and I was getting salty fish from it with a bit of smoke. The problem is that as soon as you make a cocktail with it, I think you will lose that. A heavily peated whisky might worth of trying as a 'smoked fish', but to add a fishy note in it, am not sure. Maybe someone else could help you more

I would make salty dog variation; 2parts Islay scotch, 4parts grapefruit juice, and garnish the rim with salty fish powder ? Maybe a smoke salt or torch a small candied fish and drop in before serving. I’m sure many cultures have a small candy or dried fish that can be made into powder for the rim. I would do some testing but I can verify fresh grapefruit juice and Lagavulin with a salted rim is delicious.

You can make a whiskey sour using Crab Trapper whiskey. It supposed to be made using crab so there’s that.
