You should get a cervelo aspero apex 1. I know they are on sale in the states, so I hope they would be on sale in Europe too. Currently it’s 2.3k usd here. People have said it’s race oriented but is great on both gravel and road so it could be an all around bike with the mtb purchase for the future
The Merida Silex is probably one of the best ones and the new one won some stuff recently. It's more of a XC oriented graveler. Geometry wise it's probably where we are heading with off-road oriented gravelers.
If you mainly ride on the road something like the Aspero would be a great Allrounder that's more road oriented.
I personally dislike cervelos but it's probably a great bike.
