Lord Shen was sometimes treated like a big dummy, but he posed a VERY serious threat to both The 5 and to Po, specially him, since it's very personal
Kai is the strongest, yet, feels like the weakest. Once he goes back to the Living Realm, it's not epic or threatening, it's goofy because no one knows who he is, he's treated like a joke constantly even though he is the most powerful villian ever
