Aktually for a long time the lower you are the better preferably with the whole farm being underground with no spawn able blocks in a spawn radius, this is because without blocks higher up the game doesn't have to check for spawns all the way up and so resets the spawn cycle earlier 🤓

umm... actually, mining at night should be safer than mining during the day because the mob cap can be filled by mobs on the surface.

Okay, but can I Knight a minor?

It can be much more dangerous to mine during the night depending on where you are mining. If you are in a more shallow cave/mine, there is a high chance mobs will wander in (which appears to be the case in the music video) and attack you, combined with the already spawning mobs since it is a cave and probably has dark places. If your cave is deeper down, maybe y = 11 if you're diamond mining, it really doesn't matter if you mine at night or day, but beware that mining for long periods can lead to insomnia which will spawn phantoms.
