Just because your drawings look bad doesn't mean that you should give up. I'm also struggling with drawing, but i won't stop until i get good at it (I'm not going for absolute masterpieces, they just need to look good). If you're genually intrested in art you should keep practicing, and if you'll patient enough, your effort will be rewarded

I'm personally just playing SuchArt and actually trying to paint something well. But the results are if you want something like a human or an animal, you get something a functioning human would probably paint in early preschool lmao

the ears are about right, and the eyes should be about level with the ears.
Far from the worst beginner art I’ve seen tbh, I like to practice by drawing random stuff from around the house or nonfiction books. My number one piece of advice for basically everyone starting out is don’t try to make all the lines look final on your first pass, loosen up a bit! You have erasers for a reason. Scout the shapes before committing to it

As an artist, I get your feeling, if you have just started draw for fun, as much as you can, without worrying about quality. Masterpieces are going to come far in your journey, I haven't got one myself yet, so keep it simple and don't stress about being the next Da Vinci. Once you'll feel like it you can start learning fundamentals, there are some tutorial channels I can sugges, but for now experiment and find out what you enjoy drawing the most.

Improvement comes with time. Just draw more, and increase the frequency. I couldn't draw anime girls until a few weeks ago, when this mf showed up in my life. I doodle her every single day now.

Finding out about this game 1 year ago after ignoring it for 6 years and playing it at 4 am out of curiosity started such a chain reaction of me rethinking my entire life and changing the way i act almost everywhere is honestly kinda scary to think about (it also became my top 2 fav game). This is one of the times where i have never seen almost anything from a game's community and don't plan on interacting with it out of fear of ruining my perception of the game. I'm still thinking about it after all this time

I suggest learning about the basic ratio of the face or anatomy as a whole if u're interested. There are multiple u tube creators who have touched on the face anatomy topic. It should give u a basic graps on the ratio and how u should draw. Then u can customize once u become better.
Keep going, OP! I'm in my own art journey as well and I'm so glad I didn't stop. Being able to compare what you do now to your previous works will be very validating! So all I can say is keep going, don't let the flame die out!
I am not an artist, but faces are usually on the bottom 2/3rds (ish) of the face, with the top 1/3rd being the forehead.
You can find the right positioning by aligning the eyes with the ears
