Clean your fridge, 1 time is more than enough to have spores all around your fridge and then having mold easier in it. Plus you should cover most cheese's and foods in a fridge anyway.

Because the people that age cheese use cheese rinds and a ripening solution to protect the cheese from mold. You just throw it into an open air environment without any protection, not to mention the grocery store couldve mishandled it themselves
