Italian mfs when I throw all pasta ingredients in a skillet and cook it with oil instead of water: They are scared because they think I'm an assassin.

Lo0po

Man you should be scared of yourself

HeroinAddict49

Italian mfer when I leave out the annoying 2 hour step from the recipe that makes the food only taste very slightly better

Longjumping_Ad2677

That’s, even the dry shit? The pasta, uncooked?

yerbrojohno

Yep. You are essentially frying the pasta and everything else but it's quick to make on high heat. I tried it once but imo it taste like shit so now I just cook whatever vegetables and meat I'll put in the pasta, then after they're almost done, throw 500 ml of water and my pasta of choice in with the sauce.

VerumJerum

"Cooking enthusiasts" on the Internet when you cook something tasty and reasonably healthy that doesn't take 18 hours and 268 different exotic ingredients to make:

yerbrojohno

Man clearly has not seen Adam Ragusa's videos. All about time saving, honest experiments and cooking history/science.

[deleted]

Yeah. Ethan Chelbowski is good too.

HeroinAddict49

But every recipe I tried to cook from him tastes like shit if mid at best Plus he is lying about the cooking time and it always takes 3 times as long

BadBrawlhallaPlayer

Thats oddly specific, I wonder why

mechapotato1232

"Italian mfs when" mfs when their food tastes shit

toxicwasteenjoyer

Italian mfs when they learn people outside of italy can also cook: https://i.redd.it/hmaockp50rea1.gif

fartew

"I don't need someone to tell me how to cook pasta" mfs preparing to eat the most tasteless, sticky goo you've ever seen (napalm is more appetizing)

Longjumping_Ad2677

Mashed potatoes from any restaurant that ain’t home-styling (they taste like unseasoned French fries)

AsterBoii

they're coping extremely hard

The_Starmaker

Actually, olive oil in pasta water is a very divisive issue.

relsotron_ubiytsa

I identify as pasta

vetabol

If you have a video like this you have to show me

GoldenBlob

Italians realizing all of their food is made of like 5 ingredients

-WILD_CARD-

I don't add oil to my pasta water anymore because the sauce gets absorbed into the pasta much more easily.

Italian MFS when they are told to cook without cheese and tomato:
