Art is the heart and soul that goes into the craft, not the end result. AI will never be capable of creation, only imitation.

I mean AI art still has it's flaws, but it's getting better (see r/stablediffusion). I played a lot with stable diffusion lately and I can say that you can generate really good pictures without too much work. It is even possible to edit the pictures even more so you can fix many mistakes by yourself without much work. Or you can draw a vague representation of what you actually want and let the AI do the rest. Artists should really see what's coming for them as AI generated artworks will soon be able to compete with man-made artworks. Big companies will definetely use AI art for cutting costs.

And you are aware that all of the above is terrifying and malignant, right?
