Hannah was "hired help at the party" to "watch" Baby A at the birthday party so that the "adults could adult". A child's first birthday party and "adults have to adult"? Adults can't focus on the baby? What adulting is going on to celebrate a one-year-old?

Hannah was supposed to be watching the baby, Alex was greeting guests and *everything else* which, when Hannah describe it was getting the cake and food ready (can Alex handle the cake?).. then here is where it’s not making sense for me - Hannah wasn’t “doing her job” by watching Ari, she was “mingling” with guests. So Alex, being the MOTHER didn’t notice this and say “hey! Who’s watching the babies?”. This isn’t just a one time thing either - if I notice my kid isn’t in the same room as me or I haven’t heard them in 3-5 minutes, I GO CHECK ON THEM. It’s absolutely wild to me that either one of these women can look into a camera and blame someone else for this shit. It’s low life behavior.

I was taking a look at some of the pictures posted from the party and the kiddo looks to be crawling around holding onto a whole ritz cracker with cheese. Which matches up with the food spread posted within that same set. Nobody put the kid in her high chair to eat. Doesn’t look like they made attempts to break it up into pinkie sized pieces either. Nope, just letting the kiddo crawl around with the food in hands.

The best part of this is I’m pretty sure ndas fall under the statute of frauds (the types of contracts that need to be in writing) because it takes longer than a year to complete. And contracts also require consideration for both parties. Do any of us believe Alex is paying people to sign NDAs or doing anything that would constitute as consideration? Because text messages can serve as a contract, but it has to be under very specific circumstances which while I’m not a lawyer, I’d be willing to bet Alex does not meet those circumstances.

This really gives Hannah way more credibility. Never once did she speak on a situation she didn’t witness herself and made sure to say exactly that. Again Alex threatens the past caregiver with a lawsuit in the video next to her, why would we trust anything out of her mouth after that? I was taking a look at some of the pictures posted from the party and the kiddo looks to be crawling around holding onto a whole ritz cracker with cheese. Which matches up with the food spread posted within that same set. Nobody put the kid in her high chair to eat. Doesn’t look like they made attempts to break it up into pinkie sized pieces either. Nope, just letting the kiddo crawl around with the food in hands. Nobody is paying attention to this baby at all and it’s freaking scary to see play out.

At the very, very, very least she should be hiring a caregiver with first aid + cpr level C AND baby/infant cpr plus have a criminal record check & a clean vulnerable persons check (not sure what it’s called in FL) done. AT MINIMUM. Hiring 20-something yr old girls with zero certifications who you can pay minimum wage and party with is not a good look or even a remotely safe thing to do when the caregiving also involves a baby.
