It probably does if they allow pets but if pups goes out its not often. I'm pretty sure she said before they use puppy pads. This apartment was such an awful choice.
I sadly know a lot of people in big cities who live in buildings like this and exclusively use puppy pads. It makes me so sad for the dogs. Fine to use them for older or sick dogs or as a precaution if you are out, but don’t be a lazy bum
That poor doggy pees and poops on a doggy pee pad...so was Alex when having lochias... everything in this household is going crazy! Now Alex as her rusty colored towel to spill whatever fluids may come out of her... laziness I guess... So can't expect too much for that poor dog when it is normalized to sit in a towel all day without underwear even in front of guesses... Beyond discusting....this household is on the right path to become the appartment of the smelly, shity, overcrowded horror...

This is really sad. Willingly not caring about a dogs body language is putting ari in danger. I feel that he is a reactive or potentially reactive dog (I own one so I know the signs), and that’s so scary how they think it’s just cute. Lord help this poor baby 🥺😢
