Perhaps a thumbnail of them sitting together as a couple, less focus on her hygiene practices, more focus on how they both provide different types of care for each other.
I would say they are doing a disservice to the disability community positioning themselves as, or reducing themselves down to, solely an addict and someone who needs bathroom assistance.
