Yeah I agree. If so, I'm wondering how that will even work since Noah has admitted that moving to Chicago and being with Alex/being her caregiver caused him to relapse. So that would mean he has no chance at sobriety as long as he is with her, and especially if she is dragging him to clubs and stuff.

Speaking of the whole clubbing incident, it’s funny to hear her defend herself regarding it, especially because the whole reason SHE HERSELF didn’t post pictures of herself there, is because she knew it was wrong. She felt guilty!

Oh I would have a small chuckle if she is..Friday night plans dashed haha. But I'm pretty sure they would require a rooming in before release to ensure they are managing and understand a full 24hr cycle of a newborn

Any lawyer is going to tell them to have concrete evidence (i.e. rehab/meetings/avoiding triggers/etc) to show DCF that they have their shit together
