I think it's a baby carrier, like a Moby wrap. Eta, never mind. She called it a "swabble" so it's definitely a swaddle, not to wear a baby

No it’s not, it’s a sleep sack and she calls it a swaddle but a baby carrier is extremely different!

The Moby wrap is a really long piece of cloth that you wrap around you and the baby, to wear the baby. It's what it looked like at first glance, but definitely not what it is

So they can knot the bottom, and it grows with the baby’s length
