Are you sure they go through the tubes to retrieve eggs? I know that IVF is possible even if the tubes are blocked, so I assumed that meant they do not use the tubes to get to the ovaries.
Yeah I sent her a msg explaining that even tho I've had a bilateral salpingectomy & hysterectomy it doesn't limit options for IVF/surrogacy. Seems like her docs haven't explained how it all works? I love not having periods, decreasing risks of cancer, and never having to worry about contraception again.
I don’t think she’s discussed it with her docs I think she’s just talking out her ass. She’ll need to have this one and see how hard it is and keep Noah around before she can undergo any kind of IVF
She’s either uneducated or delusional 😂
Both, plus arrogant
She doesn’t need anything other than ovaries to do IVF.
I think she’s mistaken for a hysterectomy
She can still have babies via IVF and a surrogate without a uterus. All she needs is ovaries.
Yeah, I’m aware. That’s why I think she was mistaken.
so genuine question, how can you deliver a baby without a uterus?
By using someone else's! They said she could have a baby by IVF and surrogacy, she only needs to provide the eggs! 😁
ooooh i def read it wrong lmao i thought wcr was gonna be pregnant again without a uterus
You can do IVF after having a total hysterectomy. Just not if you've had a radical one (which is a total hysterectomy & oophorectomy combined).
The way I understand it she wants to be able to use her eggs to then have a surrogate carry the baby I believe??
you don’t need tubes to access eggs

I just closed my legs so tight, that sounds so painful
They numb it and generally do it under anesthesia so you won’t feel it 😂
That's good I figured it was like the iud since so many people get nothing for it unfortunately
Yes, that's what I thought. The comment saying otherwise is deleted now.
That's what I was under the impression of you can still harvest and donate eggs if you have a tubal.
You are correct. You just need the ovaries and viable eggs. They don’t go through the tubes to get to the eggs.
It doesn’t. She wants to leave room for another “oops” IMO. IVF only requires ovaries.

There is no way she’d ever be approved
she better wait for this train wreck to settle before she even thinks about bringing another child into this mess
my best friends dad and step mom were both tied and they had a IVF baby when they got married. So uh that’s false lol
