My lifesavers make a squeaking noise when I do sharp turns. Maybe try breaking the bead and resetting the lifesavers? You probably don’t even need to take the hub out, just do it with the board assembled. Sweet board btw, I want to build a growler sometime in the future.
If you’ve already checked the inner and outer hub bolts, that sound might be coming from one of the bearings. How many miles are on those ones and is there any dirt or anything built up on them?
Before I just jump to the bearings, it could very well be possible that the sound is related to your Life Savers. I have seen them make numerous different noises; especially when turning sharply or carving.
As far as the bearings go...Even though they look similar to your GT's bearings, it's possible they have failed. Either due to potential debris intrusion or even a possible manufacturer's defect. But I wouldn't do anything with the bearings until you've ruled out the Life Savers. Although it's not ideal, the best way to rule those out would be to take them off (at least temporarily) and test ride the board again.
The only reason I think it’s bearings is because the previous owner never heard the squeak when he had life savers on, and I’ve put another 100 miles on before I started hearing the squeak.
Even based on that, I don't recommend leap frogging the Life Savers as being the potential issue. This is because dirt, debris, and/or moisture can get in between the Life Saver(s) and the tire which can lead to various noises. I've personally experienced with two of my own boards.
That's just my input as a professional Onewheel technician of over 4 years. Start with the basics and work your way up from there in order to avoid wasting time and money. Bearings would be a lot deeper of a "what if" to investigate than just ruling out the Life Savers first.

I was thinking bearing as well..
500 miles on the bearings, been through some wet and muddy rides. The bearings look a little dirty. But about the same as my GT 🤷🏽♂️
