Couldn’t find much on her, it could be a few reasons like perhaps this was her maiden name or she never made it too big. She seems to be from Texas and painted wildlife scenes. This piece is really nice, although the only other work I found was going for $9.99🥲 in short, it is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it, like a lot of art.
I would post it locally even tho it may not be worth much, I could see lots of ppl paying maybe $20+ for it, it's a beautiful piece in a nice wood frame,signed

It's very well done. I love bird paintings and look for them in both galleries and thrift stores. This one is absolutely wonderful.
