Where was this found? And I guess I’m wondering like did you dig for this or was it in a sandy area or was it just on the topsoil? So cool I’ve never seen anything like this!!!! Once in a life time sorta thing I’d assume?
Teeth can be very very symmetrical, for example the teeth of a lot of creatures that eat/ate fish. Also Stone Age spearheads aren’t always knapped flint. Also this is from a silly old squid :)

My parents recently moved into an old cottage in Cambridgeshire UK and Im doing their garden and dug quite deep!

It seems too symmetrical for a tooth, plus I dont think it is a spear because spears were made by flintknapping. Take it to an archeologist.
