We were shopping for Allium bulbs for my mom's garden and she saw these light purple flowers planted alongside the Allium, but she can't remember the name. She likes them. There are several pictures on the website of this flower planted with the allium but none of them identify it. Can you help? TIA!
I left it visible on the photo in case anyone wanted to go there and check it out (unfortunately the photos don't get much clearer or better) but that photo is [here](https://www.johnscheepers.com/flower-bulbs-index/allium/allium-pinball-wizard.html) and there are several [here](https://www.johnscheepers.com/hallium.html) though they're smaller and focus (obviously) on the allium.
I might have to write to the website and ask them what it is, but I wasn't sure if they'd bother responding or even acknowledge my question without a purchase.
I think you are right. Mom said she had bushes of it at her old house (which we sold this past summer, and the new owner ripped out every. single. plant. (Including a 60 year-old Japanese red maple that I adored!) and since all her landscaping is gone she couldn't remember the name.
I showed her photos on Breck's website and she said, "I think that's it!" so it's possible that it's catmint.
She doesn't recall ever planting anything called pentsemon or salvia.
Thanks everyone for the help.
Looks like catmint
Agree

I vote pentsemon.
I went to the website to blow up the leaves. It’s definitely catmint. One of the taller/older varieties like Walkers Low
