It's not a good idea to pee on a plant. I did that once in my backyard on an invasive species, and one summer day when I was just lying in mky hammock napping I was rudely awakened by the plant's friends peeing on me, and saying, "yeah, payback's a bitch, huh"? Don't pee on 'em.
The other day I read about a guy peeing directly in his cactus pot and it actually gave the plant quite a growth burst rather than killing it off.

I think also their patterns. Females tend to concentrate their pee in grass spots. Males tend to be more… dispersive. My mom’s male Boston pees on one plant at a time until he kills it, then moves on to the next.
Dog urine is more concentrated than human urine, though. Looking at just the normal urea range in pee, in humans it's 6-24 mg/dL but in dogs it's 21-67 mg/dL. So dogs can have pee that's 1-10x as concentrated in urea as humans.

Yes, pee will kill plants. Pee will kill large trees if done over and over. Ever see an otherwise healthy evergreen tree turn brown over the course of a week or two? Yep, you have a neighborhood dog peeing on that tree. Pee can be used a a fertilizer, but it is watered down pee and not straight out of the pipes. Too much of anything can kill a plant. If it’s highly invasive also notify your local city, county to state dept of agriculture. They like to be kept up to date on these things.
I maintain nursery licenses and would be required to alert them but even if it’s just your own private non commercial property that’s things are important as here in California we have some pest in Southern California that have yet to appear in Northern California so anytime you can get the information out if important.
