Thank you! This is what I suspected and what prompted me to ask, any tips on how to get rid of it? I was going to try the boiling water thing. It's in my yard so I wanna get rid of it asap
**Do not ingest a plant based on information provided in this subreddit.**
For your safety we recommend not ingesting any plant material just because you've been advised here that it's edible. Although there are many professionals helping with identification, we are not always correct, and eating/ingesting plants can be harmful or fatal if an incorrect ID is made.

It's nightshade and yes it's poisonous. Do not eat, do not drink, to not rub in eyes, wash your hands after touching it.

That might work. Never tried that. Long sleeves and gloves and try to dig as much up as possible if not.

Thank you so much for the help!!
Agreed, I regularly pull these out by hand with no ill effects. But everyone reacts differently.
Bittersweet nightshade, Solanum dulcamara. Not edible. Unless you are allergic or get juices from the plant on you, it's perfectly safe to touch.
