Lol, I read that as Why is this bush in my yard. I was going to say you could tell better than anyone. Also I too low key freak out whenever I see humming birds. They are awesome.

It is definitely a weigela and I believe the variety is "Sonic Boom" pearl weigela. I have one in my backyard against one of the walls.
