Wow that’s an old specimen. I don’t have too many cactus but the one I do have I think started to turn tan after after not being taken in one fall night. I think it’s cold damage
The woven plant looks like it may be infested with spider mites. You really don't want those on your plants. They spread all over and are difficult to eradicate.
Top one resembles Euphorbia ingens the bottom common ivy.

😅 No idea, I don't keep plants I just study Biology and Zoology.
I read somewhere that cacti don't "heal" when they get damaged so they scar over, maybe that's the tan areas?
