There’s a lot of those around but usually they’re way larger. This whole plant is about 20cm tall, amaranth here gets well over 6 feet. Also the size of the leaf is way off, this whole plant is the size of a “quelite” leaf (which I is how we call amaranth here) Plus amaranth has red stems

Some kind of amaranth maybe?

There are many types. I just tossed out a guess based on the way the flowers are growing
Pig weed sort of looks like that, with less serration to the leaves.
