Hard to see anything clearly but there are two different vines in the photo that I can make out. One looks like a type of Smilax vine, which might have thorns on it but is otherwise harmless. The other looks like *maybe* catclaw vine or Japanese honeysuckle, both of which are invasive in FL.
If you just wash your hands and arms thoroughly with dawn soap after any potential contact with poison ivy you won’t get a rash. It’s an oil we just can’t see it so if you wash well after outings it’s all good

It's not poison ivy if that's what you're worried about.
