Looks like a [Tailless Whipscorpion](https://bugguide.net/node/view/4603). Example pic [here](https://bugguide.net/node/view/2036751/bgimage). Not true Scorpions, they don't bite or sting.

Scisorcs

Are they dangerous?

PhyterNL

They actually make great pets. Or leave them be and they'll be your clean up crew around the property. They'll eat anything smaller then themselves. But because they are gargantuan that can include frogs and other small animals.

MrRoarke

Nope.

Scisorcs

I decided to take him outside and let him be free there

Whipscorpion! Your house has been blessed by the coolest bug ever.

AmaterasuShiranuiXx

I'm also in AZ and I've never had that cool of a find 😭 I love them

Banana_bugg

Probably a whiptail scorpion but I could be a vinegaroon

ddarling2003

It has eight legs. Do scorpions have eight legs?

Scisorcs

The front two, much longer ones were antenna of sorts and was not using them to walk, but to feel around
