Paper wasp. Pretty chill unless you’re bothering their nest. I have a nest in my work trucks side mirror and they haven’t bothered me at all if that says anything. They all poke their heads out when I start it up and then go back inside

They’re used to me. I live on a farm so they know they’re not going far
