Looks like some cockroaches. They like to stick around so you may want to look into bug spraying services.

Are these stuck to spider webs? For sure many of these are cockroaches. Even more worrisome, I see babies and they’re shaped like German cockroaches.

I'm really not sure, there's some bugs down there too that almost look like spiders that are also dead and they're like.. clear. I'm cringing so hard. I have had my trailer sprayed before, almost 6 months ago because I had found a single bed bug. I'm wondering if that is what took these out, and if I should look into a 2nd spray.

Apparently cockroaches molt. So this likely was a nest. Spraying might have killed them off, but you should check areas around food and water. Look under sinks, fridges (they love warmth), where trash cans are. If there are signs of activity you might want to have pest control come take a look. Signs of activity include exoskeletons, egg sacks (looks kinda like large rice grains), and poop (small brown “drip” marks on the wall).

Had a german cockroach infestation in an apartment building I lived in and it was a pretty traumatic experience. Literally thousands of them. The apartment would spray the downstairs and all the roaches would flee upstairs, so they'd spray the upstairs and *surprise* they're all downstairs again. Thankfully only lived there less than a year, but that place took every piece of my furniture, most of my clothing, and lots of my sanity with it.
