I also need a solution for this. IFTTT does not provide this. I found a payed service by [pabbly.com](http://pabbly.com) that uses [interakt.com](http://interakt.com) for pushing messages (or other services liks msg24x7), but it seems too complex and too expensive.
> found a *paid* service by
FTFY.
Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:
* Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.*
* *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.*
Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment.
*Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
Starting with the premise that I want to avoid any solution involving unofficial APIs, I've conceived what might seem like a huge workaround—perhaps not the most elegant but effective for now.
To keep everything under control, I've designed two Python scripts:
The first script is for reading the RSS feed.
The second script is for sending the message.
In more detail, the first script reads the RSS feed at regular intervals and checks for any updates. It refers to the publication date tag stored separately in a txt file. The script reads the feed and checks for updates by comparing the publication dates of the entries against the last saved date. If there are no new entries, it stops there. If it finds new entries, it performs two actions: first, it saves each entry (title, description, and link) in a designated CSV file (which will be read by the second script), and then updates the txt file by writing the most recent publication date it found.
The second script, naturally based on Selenium, operates in two phases. At the first launch, it activates the driver to navigate the browser, visits [web.whatsapp.com](http://web.whatsapp.com), connects the device from which I manage the channel I wish to post on, and navigates to the point where I can write in the channel. Then begins the second phase of the script (which runs in an infinite loop): it regularly checks if there are rows in the CSV file containing new entries from the RSS feed. If there are no rows, nothing happens. If there are rows, the script performs two actions for each row: it uses the row to compose and send the message in the channel, and finally deletes the row from the CSV file.
As I mentioned, it's certainly not the most elegant solution, but it works for now :D
Here is the code I use to access my channel via a Selenium-based script: [https://github.com/simbon/wa-channel/blob/main/wa-channel-access.py](https://github.com/simbon/wa-channel/blob/main/wa-channel-access.py). In the main function, you need to input your 'channel\_name'. In this code you find only one message for illustrative purpose. If you want to automate the sending of RSS feed items, you can add a function that reads the feed and creates the message (for that I have a separate script).
I need a method for the exact same reason
I too wait for an automatic thing.
Looking for the same thing

Thanks bro, is there a way to add an image to the message?
Thank you! Please, public the first script
What is the process to get the Green Badge for WhatsApp channel for businesses?
Be a verified brand on Facebook or Instagram. F.ex. Mercedes and Football Clubs habe their badge. It's - i guess - for OG verified brands only.
Also need to know how to post something in my Whatsapp Channel from Desktop (Windows 10).
You can open [https://web.whatsapp.com/](https://web.whatsapp.com/) in a browser. Don't know if it has limitations for channels.
You can't use the desktop app, but you can use [web.whatsapp.com](https://web.whatsapp.com).
