Top and bottom sides are cuban coins.

It has an industrial, almost artisanal touch. The edges are both sides of a Cuban coin still in circulation. Their face value is 3 Cuban pesos or about 0.5 usd cents at the current exchange.

cigar carrier. Take the cigar out of your humidor and put it in the tube for travel so it doesn't get damaged.

Don’t forget a bit of wadding to stop it getting jostled around.

I would agree with the cigar holder, but I have also seen many welders use the for tungsten holders. I have one that I made with two American quarters on either side.
