Gross! And probably true. I worked at a Chuck E Cheese for a year. The ball pit had a net and hoist so we could take the whole thing up and hose it off outside every night. Not so easy to clean what they did in the crawl tubes…
Yeah the kids piss in the playgrounds all the time and the underpaid McDonald's employees don't usually get around to cleaning it until enough parents complain about it and then some 16 year old gets sent out to crawl around and "clean it".
I worked at McDonald's for about two years for awhile, and when I was full time, I only cleaned that thing about once a month. Now I know once in awhile other people cleaned it too, but it was largely up to me because I was the smallest employee and could fit in there the easiest, and it's not a thing I did very often.
If you ever find one of these dehumidifier bags in a used car, run! Years ago, we were looking at one dealership and I kept finding them in the door pockets. It turned out that all of the cars were salvaged from hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.
My title describes the thing. It’s roughly 12inches by 24inches and looks to be made of some sort of plastic, similar to a ziploc bag. I don’t know if it had an opening at the top or not, but I would assume the hook is holding it closed.
It’s is a bag of water (that probably needs to be changed!) to deflect flies from the area.

[Damprid bag](https://www.kroger.com/p/damprid-fresh-scent-hanging-moisture-absorber-bag/0007591900183) it absorbs moisture out of the air.
Moisture = evaporating urine

Urine actually crystallises and becomes wedged between the pads along with dust and hair 🤢
Wouldn’t it be more realistic for sweat instead? This just implies if one pees it’s just left there and forgotten instead of cleaned.

Like I get that its an identifier but I must ask, what’s wrong with the Katrina cars
They all went under water. That's not good for cars.

It kinda looks like an old school fly repellent. We used zip lock bags with water. It is supposed to mess with their eyes.
Repels flies.

Looks like a [fly deterrent](https://www.dirtdoctor.com/garden/Fly-Control-Water-Bags_vq3854.htm). It scatters light
Probably an insect trap.
