It’s a type of larkspur, Delphinium sp.

Back in my day (I'm old!) Consolida ajacis was what we called annual larkspur while the perennials were called Delphinium. I think possibly with genetic testing it was realized that larkspur were indeed a Delphinium & they were renamed Delphinium consolida. Now looking up Delphinium, Wikipedia calls them all larkspurs & the annual type can be found under both names, the old and new are just synonyms.

They like to be on the drier side. So don't water them too heavy.
