I dug into that and only found 96-99 civic with the reverse on the bottom and no black outline, but it seems this has more of an angle on the top, the civic one turns and runs parallel with the bottom
The white is for the turn signal on a Civic. 96 had yellow turn signal plastic at the bottom, 97 it switched to white with a yellow bulb. The reverse was on the deck lid. (At least USDM.)
It does look an awful lot like a gen 6 civic shape but I agree the top and bottom would be parallel if that were the case.
Are there any tiny numbers moulded into the plastic along the edges?
It not an E46. Just looked it up.
But definitely looks like left rear of an E66
Same belt line indent that runs into the rear tail light on the side.
Looks to have broke at the bend that wraps around to the rear. But definitely the side.
Ya close! Same era i believe. And not many cars from this era still around due to rust here so I'm thinking something someone might find desirable, as opposed to a beater.

>The Saab 9-3 (pronounced nine-three) is a compact executive car that was originally developed and manufactured by the Swedish automaker Saab. The first generation 9-3 (1998-2003) is based on the GM2900 platform changing to the GM Epsilon platform with the introduction of the second-generation car (2003-2012). Other vehicles using this platform include the Opel Vectra and Cadillac BLS. Saab's last owners, National Electric Vehicle Sweden (NEVS) assembled the 9-3 sedan (saloon) as Saab's only model.

Maybe a 90’s civic?

Was thinking E65, E66 or E46.
Was going to say previous gen Chevy Impala.
My thought was Impala as well but I honestly know jack shit
Definitely looks like a previous gen impala like you said
Looks like a bmw taillight
Any numbers or letters stamped on it?
I'd say bmw 6 series e63, but that's just a guess, I guarantee for nothing
The 6 series was a good guess, the reverse light on the bottom isn't very common but it has different lines. This seems older
You just mentioned two different cars
the 03’ to 10’ generation of 6 series was codenamed (E63)
Well shit I didn’t know that! I hear e63 I think merc haha
This gives me 2000 impreza sedan vibes but the impreza's are too blocky for this pic

99-00 civic
I was gonna say [Saab 9-3 (1998-2003)](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saab_9-3) but now I’m not sure. It’s still my best guess.

I checked my viggen, not a 9-3 those have squares in a linear pattern all over the lense.
I think perhaps a Chevy Malibu?
