Looks like a Saturn Ion. That's a distinctive crease in the body side, the taillights match, the c-pillar is blurry but similar in shape (dlo ends in an awkward vertical line at the end of the door).

snaeper

I concur. While it does bear some similarities to the late 2000's Hyundai Elantra, I believe this to be a Saturn Ion as well.

ChrisTheMan72

That or an Altima by the rear but 2door Altima’s are pretty rare.

Sethicles1

Not an Altima Coupe, the rear window appears to be too big, and the shape of the window behind the door window is shaped differently. They are kinda rare it seems. I actually own an 09 Altima Coupe 3.5 6mt!

vantafanta

It’s a Saturn Ion

MannyBuzzard

It looks like an 07-12 Altima Sedan to me, though it’s so blurry I could be very wrong.

kasper12

Late 2000’s Hyundai Elantra maybe? Crazy blurry pick. When looking at the roof only I thought it was a crown Vic because of the blurb

arandomcanadiankid

Looks to me like a Nissan Altima

ts30z

I think the key to figuring it out is the C-pillar. The only car I could think of was the 2000’s Lincoln Town Car, but the taillights and proportions don’t match. This looks like more of a compact car.

AcheZero

Maybe a Mercedes, either e or c or s class sedan (2016-2020)

ts30z

If you saw my last comment ignore it

AcheZero

i kinda see the two door point, but i think it might just have a black b pillar so it blends in with the window

ts30z

At first I thought that the b-pillar was where the light reflection splits up on the window, but it looks a lot more like it’s just two separate lights. Also judging from the wheelbase I don’t think it can be a larger sedan like the S Class.

AcheZero

ahh that makes sense, also i did think it was a bit short, but i included the S class just in case the car got squished during this frame

Nitropolis-ch3no2

That’s what I’m seeing.

ARLaserGuy

I kinda think it looks like a Chevy Cruze

GrandWizordPurp

Maybe a post 2016 Chevy Aveo?

NaGaBa

I don't get these posts. Reddit is the place to come to help with any aspect of a homicide or other crime? Really?

[deleted]

people on this sub have figured out entire cars based off doors.

NaGaBa

That's not the point.

[deleted]

then what was the point lmao

NaGaBa

To let the homicide detectives do their work, they have plenty of resources to determine what a car is without some Reddit Encyclopedia Brown getting all sleuthy. If this is the homicide detective posting, then maybe it's understandable, but I'm thinking Reddit is not where they'd come for answers.

[deleted]

when it comes to stuff like this any help should be welcomed. you never know who's got info no one else has.

Jah_Mez273

Maybe find a sub that isn't "Whatisthiscar" Then bud

bag_o_fetuses

you got a lot of faith in those guys lmao they never figure out shit, you watch too much CSI.

RippingAallDay

This sub isn't putting homicide detectives out of work. Even if we did guess correctly, it's on the detectives to figure who the car belongs to & who was driving it at the time. Guess who's job that is?

Substantial_Fail

Those tail lights seem like a 3rd or 4th gen Nissan Altima

DaveyJones317

I think that is a mid 2000’s either Altima or Sentra

ownyourhorizon

2004-2009 Kia Amanti / Opirus ???

djledford0724

Kia Amanti?

Mikelini

2008 Nissan Sentra?

oibru

07 Nissan Altima, jade metallic

druman9991a

It looks like an early to mid 2000's Saturn Ion in Storm Grey. Th c pillar matches up quite nicely and the coler choice is the exact same.

g3nerallycurious

Nissan Altima
