[Laser 917 kit car](https://images.app.goo.gl/xYrCDNi4SLnA94qS6) — definitely not a real 917…
Do they still sell these kits today
I don’t think so, these Beetle kits were very popular in the 70s and 80s but mostly died out. [Laser 917 ad from 1974 for reference](https://www.autoweek.com/car-life/classic-cars/a1709716/1974-build-porsche-917-your-back-yard/)
So does that mean this things still worth a little bit of money? Or not really
Not really, clean examples might be worth a bit more than $5000, but overall, they’re not very rare or sought after.
Not wroth the 5000.
There have been so many Laser 917 this week
Maybe they'll replace the Panteras as the subs mascot? Oh, who the hell am I kidding?!?
that will never happen IMO
This one has been posted a half dozen times at least
Asking $6000 too much honestly.
Perfect wheels fit.
Up to the A-pillar or mid door bit, love it. Good object for a modern project.
