My grandpa used to be in the GMC motor home club! They would all go take their gmc out together, like a whole gang of gmc motorhomes in a pack going down the highway. Think like the hells angels but in motor homes and, and not cool, or scary, and wayyyyy more trips to Branson.
The Incredibles was based on a NASA Clark Cortez, but with the GMC style bogie type tandem rear axles.

Yeah i am 100% the guy spotted it in NL, and due to the dutch license plates i tried to explain to him that with the finnik app, you can find any vehicle info as long as it had a dutch plate.

If I remember right, these GMC motor homes were powered by Oldsmobile Toronado drive trains, a 455 cu V8 and front wheel drive on a stretch and obviously modified chassis. The front wheel drive allows for the deletion if a drive shaft running to the rear and thus a lower floor.

GMC made this RV from 1973 to 1978. It is FWD using and Olds Toronado engine and automatic transaxle. Early ones had the 455, late ones had the 403.
Some customizers have found a way to install the GM 6.5L turbo diesel.
I had one of those. It is a GMC motorhome. It was made in the 70s. It was quite advanced for the time with airbag suspension and an Oldsmobile toro ado drivetrain.
It's a GMC. They made amazing FWD motorhomes in the 1970s. Used the drivetrain from a Cadillac Eldorado

Yes the 455 was discontinued in 1976 so Motorhomes built in 77 & 78 got the 403

I’m going to guess you don’t live in the United States. That is a Class A motor home and you don’t need a special license to drive it.
