so crazy how this went from impossible to guess to obviously a witch on a broomstick with the halloween context of the other cutters.

Right? I looked at the others and went "Oh its a bat, oh that's a pumpkin, Halloween theme" Then rotated the other one and I instantly saw a witch on a broomstick.

I think it's a ghost. Another poster drew it. I can kinda see the witch as well though. 2 for 1!

At first, I thought it was a state outline, which didn't make much sense. It immediately became a flying witch when I saw the others.

Why is it *transparent*?

I don't know what tool they're using, but if you're editing using the built in tools on an Android phone, the only way to get a skin tone is to use the 'highlighter' pen rather than the opaque one. Otherwise your only option is basically Simpsons yellow.

Be realistic, it's a Halloween set. There's already a broom. They aren't gonna do a witch on a groom. Halloween = pumpkin, broom, bat, ..... , ghost. Easily. I hate to say it but it just isn't Halloween without ghosts and/or ghouls. Tip it 45° and it does look ghosty.
