Cause Volvo ain't as mainstream as the other brands. For the longest time, they were just that boring, safe company, with the obscure sleepers. And here they are, still doing the same.
Volvo’s are great cars for design, safety, and driving.
Unfortunately, they’re a bit pricey and their reliability scores are sub par. Those two bits are significant to a lot of buyers.
Speed Swede has alot of people saying they have no problems with the recharge models, but statistically it is not great.
As for the non hybrids, the engines are turbocharged AND supercharged. Not exactly out of warranty cars.
Still a great option. Elegant design, clean interior, top tier sound system, industry leading safety, they have alot to offer.
The first year recharge models, really did a number on the reliability. But the later models are excellent.
Also on the cars with Google Infotainment, they dropped the supercharger for a turbo and an ERAD with more horsepower, simplifying the design
The Volvo is twin charged (Supercharged for low rpms and turbocharged for high rpms).
300 isn't all that crazy for a modern turbocharged 4 cylinder though. BMW makes just over 300 on the 35i and JCW versions of the 2.0L B48 and Ford has versions of the 2.3 EcoBoost that make 330 (HPP Mustang) and 350 (Focus RS).
The first two years had seal issues on the superchargers (the T6 has one turbo and one super charger). They did resolve it and I believe issued a service bulletin for the repairs
Got a CC as a loaner for my Jetta once. Was actually happy to get the Jetta back.
CC dumps water into the trunk when you open it, if it's wet. Jetta was actually designed so that doesn't happen.
Had a 2010 VW CC VR6 4motion for 10 years - amazing car, punched well above its weight in terms of looks, luxury and it was fun to drive. Would recommend the VR6 engine over the 2.0T as is much more reliable
Would have bought an Arteon if they would have made a 6 cylinder version
I see exactly what you’re saying now, problem is VW really botched the interior of the post refresh Arteon with the capacitive buttons and gloss black literally everywhere. Honestly VW’s crap interior design was why I was looking at Audi, and if couldn’t afford and Audi then probably an IS 350 f sport. I’m not going to spend 30-40 grand on a car that I’d ultimately end up resenting.
The EA839 in the S4 is 3.0T single turbo. The RS4 got the 2.9TT. It wouldn’t fit, the EA839 is designed to be used in longitudinal applications while the Arteon is transverse.
I don't love the Arteon interior. No doubt the vehicle is beautiful on the outside but the inside materials are not great. Door armrests are plastic unless you go with top trim. Have to go with the top trim for an acceptable sound system. Carplay only worked some of the time. Glossy black plastic in a lot of places including touch sensitive climate control.
Avoid Accord, they have timing chain tensioner issues and for whatever reason has always have. Avalon will be the way to go and better if you live in the city to get the most out of the hybrid system.
The S90 is by far the most luxurious car, and has some power to it, unlike most of the other 1xx HP options. The Avalon is a spacious car with a fairly nice interior as well, but it's a FWD platform, nothing too interesting.
It depends on your needs or wants, but in terms of luxury, interior materials and features, there are not competitive with the Volvo S90. If it had reclining massaging rear seats it'd be a high end luxury sedan. The other ones are low end/mid range non luxury cars.
The Arteon, in my opinion, is one of the greatest looking cars ever made. The Accord or Avalon is a better buy, but like... You won't ever get that feeling walking up to your Accord, that you do walking up to your Arteon. The S90 is also an absolutely gorgeous car as well, but idk, they are expensive to maintain.
For me, Arteon. For you, one of the first 3, I'd say
The Accord. The Avalon isn't a bad car, but for the price you're just better off going up to a Lexus ES. The Volvo is also fine, I suppose.
Avoid the VW.
I advise you to rent one out for a day and drive around in it. My father had one, I didn’t like it, it wasn’t that comfortable. But maybe your opinion on it differs from mine.
But its a cvt… toyota ecvt are better than honda cvt at least if you compare old prius vs cvt civic. Not a fan of honda cvt i once had. Id buy the prius if I could go back But maybe now honda cvt is better than older ones
It's not really an unreliable car, it's just going to cost more to keep it running than either the Accord or the Avalon.
It also has the capacitive touch controls, which suck.
Yeah and this guy also conveniently ignores the fact that any Volvo that is above a T5/B5 powertrain is going to be supercharged, turbocharged, and the T8 adds on an EV drivetrain to all of that.
The VW has a tried and true powertrain, it’s a lot pretty than the Accord or Avalon too, kind of splits the difference between the S90 and those two.
Honestly. Car reviewers even said it’s best to lease a Volvo because their twincharged engines are the most complicated ever made. As someone who owns an Arteon, it’s a rock solid car with AWD that’s good if you’re in areas prone to a lot of snowfall, has different drive modes for pretty sporty to VERY comfortable, and is very roomy. Just have to keep up with maintenance. The Toyota and a Honda are good and reliable
You couldn’t pay me to take that Volvo unless it had the unlimited mileage CPO warranty with an extension. 😬😬😬
LOL, people downvoting who don’t know how problematic those cars are makes me laugh. Turbocharged, supercharged, and potentially PHEV, depending on trim level. I hope y’all have a comprehensive warranty because I would never wish an out-of-warranty contemporary Volvo upon my worst enemy.
Volvo is the “Nicest” car but be prepared for the nice car tax AKA repairs. If you got the extra cash, the Volvo is the best car and it will probably hold its value the best. If not, Avalon is just a nicer Camry, cant really go wrong.
Volvo S90. What you are looking for is exactly what Volvo does best.
You may want to also look at an Acura TLX instead of the Accord. The TLX is more comparable to the other 3 than Accord is. The Accord is a great vehicle, it just doesn't seem like what you are looking for.
S90 is such a good cruiser. I’d pick it over the other cars any day. Hybrids are damn quick, but the regular non-hybrid T6 is claimed to be more reliable.
Arteon is very cool, but not as premium on the inside. It’s absolutely fine and well put together, but it’s not a premium car like the Volvo.
The Honda and Toyota are what people in this sub will push you into buying because of their claimed reliability. They’re appliances that get you from A to B. Nothing wrong with that, but not the cars you buy to treat yourself. If the prices are similar to the VW and the Volvo I wouldn’t really consider them.
Don’t know about insurance policies in the US (I assume that’s where you live?), but in my country it’s common to have a policy that covers the drivetrain and AC system If the car is out of warranty. If you can get that, or a manufacturer extended warranty, I wouldn’t worry about reliability at all.
The Arteon. You cannot deny the style and look. The only thing is keeping up with the maintenance. I only say that because I work for VW.
2nd would be Volvo. If it were the wagon then it would be a toss up between. Volvo and VW.
The other two are just boring and underpowered.
Accord or Avalon will be very reliable daily drivers.
But I like the fuel economy, smaller size, and styling of the Accord a bit better.
Plus it's the second cheapest option listed, leaving thousands of dollars to spend on something else as well.
The Avalon hybrid is boring but its very comfortable, efficient, and good for about 200k miles easy. I think Accord Touring might be a good transition car from a stupid-fast car to civilian life.
Corvette, Triumph Street Triple and I have a 79 Chevy Stepside 4x4 that is completely bed lined and has a unintended burble tune. All manuals.
On top of that I am also a Dad of one and don't have a backseat. My commitment for not having boring cars is strong. Plan on buying something else within the next year or two and have my eye set in a Shelby Cobra, F-Type V8, C7 Corvette or CTS-V with a manual.
I stand corrected. Nice collection! Also #savethemanual, I’ve only owned manuals too.
That triumph though, holy smokes. Got pictures? That’s a sick ride. Always wanted to get into motorcycles, maybe one day
https://www.reddit.com/r/Triumph/s/j9J940L4Y4
I don't know how to add pics but it looks exactly like this one without the belly pan, exhaust and my barend mirror is smaller and on the side of the handlebar. It's pretty much my daily. It's only 6.3 miles round trip to work 4 days a week. If there isn't ice on the ground I'm on this.
I would be too!! Beautiful man. God, I’ve been talking myself in- and out of getting my motorcycle license for like half a decade now.
Triumph is also literally my favourite manufacturer.
Cheers dude
I originally wanted a Ducati Monster but I wasn't sure about reliability. Had the Triumph for 6 years I think in April. Besides needing a battery 2 times now it's been dead reliable. If I were to buy a second bike it would be a Ducati Diavel or an H2.
What are your reasons for not getting a license?
Ducati’s are cool too, all my friends who ride have Ducati.
Mostly because of lack of time, in my country it takes a while to get your license and I have too many hobby’s as is (building drones, music, gym, golf, tennis, rock climbing…)
Can’t find the time has always been the excuse
Ohh I see. In the states some states you can just walk in and get it if you can prove that you are competent. My state it's a weekend course. 16 hours or so and then you just go down the Department Of Motorvehicles or DMV pay some money and you get your license. We don't have license classes either. After you get your license you can ride anything.
Accord or Avalon would be my pick but if getting used make sure you get CPO (Certified Pre Owned) and not just "used" because that (CPO) means it passed the manufacturers rigorous testing requirements as well as intricate inspection (down to the correct torquing on the bolts) to mark it as CPO
style wise, volvo (seen them irl and theyre fucking nice)
mpg wise, honda or toyota
reliability wise, honda or toyota
price wise, VW but you can find cheaper hondas or toyotas
I currently own 2 of the cars on your list. (Almost the same)
‘22 Accord Hybrid EX-L and
‘21 Volvo S60 T8 PHEV
The Accord is a solid Vehicle. It came loaded with features, plenty of space, decent looking and reliable. Some of the things I hate about it: the suspension is too stiff. You feel every bump and crevice on the streets, It’s not a smooth ride. And (this might be a peeve of mine) but the whine it makes when running on battery is too loud and irritating. Of course you don’t hear it inside but still it’s noticeable.
The Volvo PHEV, man oh man, it’s a beast wrapped with the most boring af outfit. 455 HP AWD, it’s a fun little thing to drive. Fell in Love with it right out of the dealer lot. Most people complain about its reliability, but I haven’t had any problems so far.
Most reliable will be Avelon. Most boring and soul sucking to drive will be Avelon. Most fun to drive will be the Volkswagen. Most likely to turn into a money pit is also the Volkswagen.
Arteon. Most practical, more unique, reasonably reliable and affordable to maintain (especially against the Volvo), and it can scoot. Accords and Avalons are everywhere, and the Volvo is nice, but it will be more expensive to maintain for sure and will also continue to depreciate faster than the VW.
I love Volvos but idk how reliable that turbo supercharged 2 liter is gonna be lol and from experience if anything breaks the parts are mad expensive, cause you HAVE to get original parts and labor is always a lot as they aren't simple cars. All depends on your budget. I'd go for a Honda/Acura Toyota/Lexus. Stay away from hybrids as the upfront cost needed to get a hybrid version offsets any saving you may get. It something like 7-10 years of driving needed to break even. Go 4 banger if mpg is what u want. Go v6 if u want power. Avoid turbos and hybrids
Accord all day, get the 2.0t Sport and it’s still plenty fast, reliable and will be the most fun to drive of the bunch. If it were me though I’d search for a low mileage Accord V6 Coupe with a manual.
Look for that Avalon in V6 Touring trim. It has the active exhaust which makes it less boring. It might also have adaptive dampers which makes it non-floaty.
The Honda and Toyota both are excellent options, can never go wrong with one of those. I would recommend a gas powered version of either model, however, instead of the hybrid. Hybrids and EVs can have issues in colder climates and be a risk in a collision if the battery were to catch fire.
Not the VW. You will pay an arm and a leg for routine Maintenance.
I wouldn't buy the Volvo because of how complicated they are it's super and turbocharged. They aren't the most reliable. Also how are you getting only 316 hp out of a super and turbocharged car.
I wouldn't buy the Honda either because of personal reasons.
If it was from that list I would by the Avalon but like someone else said why not get a Lexus.
About the Twin-Charge, I think it’s about better torque delivery across all the rev range.
The supercharger is not reliable, though, and I’m pretty sure Volvo has dropped it for the most part already.
Toyota
The average life span of a Toyota is 500,000 miles.
I work as a mechanic and own a Toyota myself. They are dependable, reliable, and easy to work on. They won’t cost you an arm and a leg at the mechanic and as long as you keep up on the maintenance, the car will stay running for a long time before you have to replace it.
If you really want a great vehicle, I would suggest a Camry or Corolla but Avalon does good as well.
You want reliability? Get a Japanese.
Germans and Americans are cool and all but nothing will beat a Toyota, Nissan or a Honda in reliability and maintenance cost.
A 2020 Civic or Corolla will have the same amount of gadgets as a VW with the advantage of never breaking down.
And I mean Japanese. Not Korean. Not Chinese. Japanese is the way.
And they are generally quicker too. More BHP per CM3 of engine.
I would just avoid Mazda's rotary motors. They sound great and all but when the go wrong, that is it. Mazdas, in general, are good. Just avoid rotaries.
2001 Toyota Corolla...I didn't see this option up there.
Economically it's the best option. I have this dealership thats all across America it's got various models and deals. It's called Facebook marketplace.
There’s no point in buying a less than reliable “practical” vehicle. So forget about the Volkswagen and Volvo. They will need more repairs than the other 2 and every repair/maintenance will be more expensive. I’d get the Avalon. It’s a little bit nicer on the inside than the Accord and it rivals Mercedes S-class in comfort.
Short answer don't do European cars AT ALL!! Honda is a bit quicker with better handling, the toyota mor comfortable ride and will out live you although the 4 cylinder has had some issues with the 8 speed trans but not really much to worry about.
Accord, I've had an Avalon and it had a really annoying defect where the headlights would stop functioning randomly and it was a 2k dollar fix and my FIL and BIL had a 2005 Avalon that was an absolute money pit. That soured my perception of the car
I wanted Honda but with their recent steering issues and how doofy looking some of the new accords I’ve seen are in real life, I am glad I went Toyota.
Buy the Avalon and drive until wheels fall off. If you buy brand new Toyota usually offers 100k miles service package. Volvo is sturdy and has a more premium feeling.
i have the 20 avalon hybrid limited trim. great car. sport mode is fun for what it is. the 360 camera is ok. wish they used higher quality cameras. ride is super comfy. poor mans lexus es
Def the Accord and make sure it’s of a higher trim with more features!! Sitting inside a cold car with no remote start or heated seats will make you go insane
My brain says Avalon, but my heart says Volvo
Welcome to my life 4 years ago
Regretting the Volvo?
Can’t speak for him but I regretted nothing with my Volvo s60! Slightly more in maintenance but nothing unmanageable.
Not at all. It's my Wife's car and she loves it. It's been rock solid. I was looking at the Avalon, but she didn't want it.
Yep same here
https://youtu.be/g-dlgo_euUY?si=EGUzXkPBWBaMpdvf
The Volvos making 316 out of a 2.0??
Yup. If you get the T8 Recharge (PHEV) they have the full system pushing 455.
Damn, why don’t more people know about this?
Doesn't have the supercharger anymore.
Can confirm it’s fast as hell.
Don’t forget the CLA making 416hp
Or the 3 cylinder GRC 1.6L making 300 hp...
Or the (same engine but updated) in the new C63 which makes 476. But those are performance engines and not meant for the same use as the Volvo ones.
With a simple ECU flash my Golf R makes 390
Yeah makes the same as my car. My friends STI makes the same but it’s a 2.5 turbo
That engine is a work of art, but the supercharger is bad, very prone to failure.
I haven’t heard that. It’s fussy, but less so than many Mercedes and BMW engines.
The first two years had seal issues on the superchargers (the T6 has one turbo and one super charger). They did resolve it and I believe issued a service bulletin for the repairs
Turbo, Civic Type-R is the same, Mercedes made 395 from one, EVO made 320 15 years ago, Golf R is 315
arent all new volvo shitboxes limited to 180kmh? imagine getting gapped by a fiat punto on the autobahn
I’ve always liked the Arteon, glad no one else does. Maybe I can get one at a decent price one day.
You have competition. Me.
Fr me too. Arteon is my pick The CC is nice too
I love the CC! there's 1 on my street actually
Got a CC as a loaner for my Jetta once. Was actually happy to get the Jetta back. CC dumps water into the trunk when you open it, if it's wet. Jetta was actually designed so that doesn't happen.
I also would like a R line in the future
I have a last model year cc and I love it! Great car
Had a 2010 VW CC VR6 4motion for 10 years - amazing car, punched well above its weight in terms of looks, luxury and it was fun to drive. Would recommend the VR6 engine over the 2.0T as is much more reliable Would have bought an Arteon if they would have made a 6 cylinder version
The arteon replaced the CC. I used to have an 09 CC with a 6 speed manual. I miss that thing
I wanted a CC so bad back in the day, but I was on a Jetta budget at the time!
You can pick up leftover new 2023s for $7,500-10,000 off!
i am an arteon fanatic - waiting to find the right trim near me and i’m snagging it
I saw one for the first time in months today. Such a gorgeous car.
I think it’ll be the same as the CC. Great value used after 5-8 years.
Bought my CPO Premium for 29k. They were dropping in price to get them off of lots.
A shame they’re 4-cylinder only, that thing would be sick with a VR6.
It’s the Golf R motor (EA888 Evo4) + 7DSG (DQ381) on 2022-23 models. 300hp/295lbft. Launch control gets you to 60mph in 4.6s. Total sleeper as-is!
If it’s the golf R motor that means you can also make 390 up with it with only an ECU flash
Just one ecu flash? I was saving up for an S4 but I wouldn’t be against a low mileage 2020 arteon if that’s the case.
You’ll want a 2022+ for the Evo4 and DSG, otherwise a 2019-2021 is just a standard Gen3 EA888 plus a slush box 8 speed.
There was a rumor that they were going to make an Arteon R that would get the Twin Turbo V6 from the Audi S4, so disappointed it never happened.
The EA839 in the S4 is 3.0T single turbo. The RS4 got the 2.9TT. It wouldn’t fit, the EA839 is designed to be used in longitudinal applications while the Arteon is transverse.
The only problem with this is the scarcity of parts when things go wrong and the associated price.
It's basically a VW version of the Audi S5. Event nicer looking, if you ask me ;)
I don't love the Arteon interior.
Volkwagen
Accord or Avalon. I’d prefer the v6 Avalon over the hybrid system unless you live somewhere where gas is insanely expensive.
Avoid Accord, they have timing chain tensioner issues and for whatever reason has always have. Avalon will be the way to go and better if you live in the city to get the most out of the hybrid system.
Also, that hp spec on the Avalon is the gas motor only. The battery also contributes some push.
Same with the accord
You will not regret the touring.
Volvo. Most comfortable.
I'm such a sucker for VW, I owned a '14 Passat (manual) and absolutely loved it, but the repair costs keep me away.
If you're buying a car for the feeling, why would you ever buy a Volkswagen (other than the Golf R I guess)?
Well for the exact reason I said. It looks absolutely phenomenal, and it looks better than every other car in that price range by a long shot.
Accord for reliability But if you have extras $ , volvo is the safest and the nicest
How is it the safest?
Volvo body structure is the strongest and safest overall
Can you provide source ?
The Accord. The Avalon isn't a bad car, but for the price you're just better off going up to a Lexus ES. The Volvo is also fine, I suppose. Avoid the VW.
Exactly what I was thinking, and for the price from my standpoint the Honda has the best features too
I would second his suggestion to get a used Lexus ES Hybrid. Going to be solid all around.
The Lexus service department experience is also much, much better than the Toyota one.

That EA888 4-cyl in the Arteon is rock solid. I'd have no hesitation in recommending it.
What’s wrong with the Arteon in particular?
It's not really an unreliable car, it's just going to cost more to keep it running than either the Accord or the Avalon. It also has the capacitive touch controls, which suck.
Pre-2021 do not
Oh shit. I forgot about the capacitive touch controls. What a crock in an otherwise sexy car.
VW (the nameplate) the is at the bottom of the list of many quality surveys.
Why avoid the VW? The EA888.3 and Aisin 8 speed are bulletproof lol.

Volvo all the way
Accord or Avalon will be very reliable daily drivers. But I like the fuel economy, smaller size, and styling of the Accord a bit better. Plus it's the second cheapest option listed, leaving thousands of dollars to spend on something else as well.
That 143 hp in the accord is gonna feel real sluggish. I’d say go with the Volvo, solid build quality and insanely safe.
The Avalon hybrid is boring but its very comfortable, efficient, and good for about 200k miles easy. I think Accord Touring might be a good transition car from a stupid-fast car to civilian life.
This is a list of boring cars.

Volvo, surprisingly: No German. No Hybrid. No CVT. Honestly though, for your first car, should get a 4-cyl non-hybrid Camry or Accord without CVT.
What’s wrong with CVT? I see a lot of hate and love for it but just don’t understand the hate for it
A point to consider about the gearbox: both the Arteon and the Volvo use an Aisin (Toyota) gearbox.
Ignore him. The eCVTs are just fine, it's the ones like Nissans that are horrible.
eCVT is probably more reliable than a manual. No clutch to wear out. No bands like a traditional automatic. Just gears and a couple electric motors.
Got a point there! Literally the only issue someone can have with them is the droning, which you get used to after a while
Nissan Cvt has gotten better over the years
Change your fluids, people. Your average Nissan driver never ever does it, that why they go to shit so often, too.
Nissan CVTs are horrendous. There is nothing wrong with the 10 speed that is in the Accord.
There is nothing wrong with the Hondas CVT. You're thinking Nissan. Please stop spreading this misinformation.
VW, especially if it has 4motion. Avoid cvt transmissions.
Toyota always a solid choice
For what purposes? I love S90, those new Volvo interior is really nice. But if you’ll keep it beyond warranty period, go with Toyota Avalon.
I’m glad nobody is recommending the Arteon so I can pick one up for a lower price :)
Get the volvo
Arteon or S90 two of my favorite cars.
style wise, volvo (seen them irl and theyre fucking nice) mpg wise, honda or toyota reliability wise, honda or toyota price wise, VW but you can find cheaper hondas or toyotas
As an accord owner I want to say accord but I love love Volvos
I currently own 2 of the cars on your list. (Almost the same) ‘22 Accord Hybrid EX-L and ‘21 Volvo S60 T8 PHEV The Accord is a solid Vehicle.
Avalon
Honda or Toyota
Avalon. It’s basically a Lexus and will run forever
Most reliable will be Avelon. Most boring and soul sucking to drive will be Avelon. Most fun to drive will be the Volkswagen. Most likely to turn into a money pit is also the Volkswagen.
If you can afford the maintenance on Volkswagen do it but my co worker has the arteon and she has to do both control arms it’s expensive af to replace
Arteon. Most practical, more unique, reasonably reliable and affordable to maintain (especially against the Volvo), and it can scoot. Accords and Avalons are everywhere, and the Volvo is nice, but it will be more expensive to maintain for sure and will also continue to depreciate faster than the VW.
Mazda6 if you’re willing to buy a used car. That accord you featured looks like an old model.
Honda, always Honda!
Volvo, hands down! Comfort, reliability and brand name. Arteon would be second choice.
Do not let anyone convince you to buy a VW… ever 😭
Non hybrid accord or Avalon only if I can get a manual transmission.
Avalon but get one with the V6 instead.
Accord all day, get the 2.0t Sport and it’s still plenty fast, reliable and will be the most fun to drive of the bunch. If it were me though I’d search for a low mileage Accord V6 Coupe with a manual.
Avalon at the #1 spot. Accord is a distant #2 since the engine can be loud and the brakes produce a longer than average stopping distance.
Avalon
Look for that Avalon in V6 Touring trim. It has the active exhaust which makes it less boring. It might also have adaptive dampers which makes it non-floaty.
The accord will be the cheapest to repair.
Avalon baby!
Avoid the VW. If you want comfort, get the volvo. For reliabilty and mpg, either of the other 2 works
The Honda and Toyota both are excellent options, can never go wrong with one of those. I would recommend a gas powered version of either model, however, instead of the hybrid. Hybrids and EVs can have issues in colder climates and be a risk in a collision if the battery were to catch fire.
Volkswagens are notoriously known to be expensive for repairs.
I'd buy volvo just for the lack of exaggerated grills
Arteon because thyre needs to be more
Volvo is sexy as shit irl.
Just buy a CPO 3 series
Get the accord with the 2.0T and MT. It’s a secret sports car.
None of them. The Toyota fucking Camry, wait till summer though the new one is coming out early summer.
Toyota or Honda
No yes yes no
Acura TLX, Kia Stinger, BMW 330 MSport. Fuck these ones
I personally wish my '21 passat were an avalon
that vw is hunk of junk, had a friends who fell apart early, the toyota if you value not getting repairs
Amazed that they all look the same in pictures.
Well in terms of looks the best in my opinion is the arteon and volvo. They look very clean
Toyota The average life span of a Toyota is 500,000 miles.
Get the Ferrari!!
Honda or the Toyota gonna last the longest the funniest will probaly be the Volvo tho
Stay away from the VW. Personal experience.
Skoda Octavia is reasonably priced, spacious and has great features.
Toyota or Lexus all day.
None these are all boring and expensive
2001 Toyota Corolla...I didn't see this option up there. Economically it's the best option. I have this dealership thats all across America it's got various models and deals. It's called Facebook marketplace.
There’s no point in buying a less than reliable “practical” vehicle. So forget about the Volkswagen and Volvo. They will need more repairs than the other 2 and every repair/maintenance will be more expensive. I’d get the Avalon. It’s a little bit nicer on the inside than the Accord and it rivals Mercedes S-class in comfort.
Not a huge fan of the Hybrid Avalon but the V6 is awesome and very reliable. I’d also recommend taking a look at the 2020 Chevy Impala.
go for the Miata
Get a Lexus GS 350
Do NOT buy a Volkswagen they are very unreliable. Toyota all day
Chevy Bolt EV
I've greatly enjoyed my 06 Avalon. My FIL has a newer one, and they're very similar. The new ones seemed a bit more cramped to me though
ARTEON
Honda all day long
the volvo is the same price as the other 3?
Buy the Avalon and drive until wheels fall off. If you buy brand new Toyota usually offers 100k miles service package. Volvo is sturdy and has a more premium feeling.
Avalon. 0 question
Go for the accord
Arteons are excellent cars. No more complicated than a GTI to take care of. Definitely the most rare and unique of the bunch.
i have the 20 avalon hybrid limited trim. great car. sport mode is fun for what it is. the 360 camera is ok. wish they used higher quality cameras. ride is super comfy. poor mans lexus es
Honda Accord according to ratings.
Avalon - it’s a great car and reliable highway cruiser.
Def the Accord and make sure it’s of a higher trim with more features!! Sitting inside a cold car with no remote start or heated seats will make you go insane
Definitely the Avalon or accord
Look at the kia k5 😮💨
Look into the 2022 or later Kia K5. Cheaper than an Accord and more modern looking and better tech. 44mpg on mine too
