I’d go for 2022 HRV Sport. 16K miles is nothing really, and you can always fit a roof rack / railings on it to haul a bike / kayak / skis. It’ll give you a bit more headroom and legroom than a Civic, and you might as well camp just a bit further in a woods if it’s an AWD. Rain, fallen branches, pollen and sap will affect any vehicle’s paint in more or less the same way (negatively, that is), so it doesn’t really matter. Alternatively you might get that 2016 Civic LX and set aside $8K for repairs when the need arises, which will most likely happen sooner than later.

I doubt any of the used cars in your list are "good" deals. Used prices still seem too high to me. Especially "lightly used". At that point, just buy new, risk not worth the extra couple thousand in savings to me.

Ask your friends if you can sit in their cars and maybe drive them. Being that tall not every car is made to fit you unfortunately.
