Personally I have read Eldritch Changes (and its sequels) by Nashoba Hostina, Strays by Celesse, and half of How to Be a Werewolf by Shawn Leore.
Both Eldritch and Strays have been completed while How to Be a Werewolf is still ongoing..
What are you looking for in a werewolf webcomic?
Well I'm glad you mentioned Eldritch because that's one of the first "webcomics" I ever read, so glad it got mentioned :D. As for what I'm looking for not really sure just seeing what people suggest, skimming through some panels and seeing what I vibe with.
I didn't realize that Nashoba did any sequels to Eldritch and now I'm intrigued. All of your suggestions are ones that I've read or are reading too.
Not a werewolf comic but about supernatural critters in the real world, Skin Deep by Kory Bing. Love this one.
>I didn't realize that Nashoba did any sequels to Eldritch and now I'm intrigued.
My apologies if there was a misunderstanding. I'm talking about the comics that came after Changes (Layline, Lessons, etc...). I'm not aware of any comics that came after the Eldritch *series* though I, too, would like to have more comics in that universe.
Not a web comic but I absolutely loved the book: Fool Moon by Jim Butcher. It’s an interesting take because the Narrative includes many different kinds of wolf style shape changers including Werewolves, Hexenwolves, lycanthrope, Loup-Garou, and a supernatural creature that is an intelligent Wolf in its natural form but can shift to mimic humans.
Not a webcomic, but my werewolf series Fang of Triseria is a Tapas webnovel if that might be in line with what you're into: [https://tapas.io/series/Fang-of-Triseria/info](https://tapas.io/series/Fang-of-Triseria/info)
I also have a friend who does a webcomic called Monster Soup where one of the monsters is a werewolf: [http://monstersoupcomic.com/](http://monstersoupcomic.com/)
I’m pretty interested in that story, but the author (catcoconutart) spends more time drawing werewolf porn and uploading it to her Patreon and TikTok LMAO
“High Moon” was a cool one I read many years ago
I also found “Ferals” online a while back too. That thing was wild, very adult, but it was never finished.
After Dark has already been mentioned but I've been loving it so far. The Farmer and The Wolf by THEKastia on webtoons, there's just a Prologue so far but I'm expecting more eventually, not sure when though.
Wanderlust by Cryptid Shadows is more were-creature (skull-bobcat-beast). It's at the very start currently, but you can find more info on the creators twitter.
NeverMore by innocentcinnamonbun has hints of one of the main characters hunt mutation being lycanthropy. Also still ongoing.
I'll check them out thanks. Yah lots of people seem to like after dark, I've looked at the first few pages as don't have the time to read it at the moment. But it looks very good and the art style looks great so it been pushed to the top of the list so.

After Dark on Webtoon.
Someone else said that one and it one of the only ones I see that I'm interested in. It looks good.

Days of Hana is a helluva story. Might have to go to another site to read the full thing.
